What is the “Free 3GB eSIM on Türkiye bookings” Promotion?

1. Book a Qualifying Holiday (defined below) and, subject to availability, each booking will receive a complimentary eSIM with 3GB of mobile data. Each eSIM will be valid for 12 months from activation. Unused data will expire after this time.

2. A “Qualifying Holiday” means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:

a package holiday (which includes flights and accommodation) to any destination in Türkiye for any board basis and any star rating;
booking must be placed between 11th February and 2nd March 2026 (inclusive) with travel taken and completed between 1st March and 31st October 2026 (inclusive);

holiday must not be for a Cruise or group booking; and
the booking must be fully paid and remain active.

3. You will receive one eSIM per booking on each Qualifying Booking with the amount of data set out at paragraph 5 above. Details of how to redeem the eSIM will be sent to the lead passenger but the eSIM can be activated by any device within your booking party and members of your party will be able to hotspot from the device that the eSIM is activated on.

4. The eSIM is provided by a third-party supplier, HUBBY to go B.V (“HUBBY”) who have their own terms and conditions which will apply. Although OTB will obtain the eSIM on your behalf, it is your responsibility to comply with their terms.

5. You’ll be required to download Hubby’s mobile app to be able to use the eSIM which requires you to have one of the compatible devices listed here

6. If you use all the data we have provided you with and you want more data, you’ll need to top-up via Hubby’s app and you’ll be responsible for any costs for the extra data.

7. The eSIM is non-exchangeable and no cash equivalent will be given by OTB if you choose not to use the eSIM or if you’re unable to use it because you don’t have a compatible device.
