Holidays with On the Beach

Hottest 2026 holidays and deals

We've whipped up these GORGEOUS deals so you can get your 2026 holidays sorted. You can bag one of these beauts from just £19 per person and pay in instalments thanks to our flexible payment options. But if that's not enough to convince you to snap up a jolly, take it from Mark from our Supply team who actually stayed at Constantinou Bros Athena Beach and couldn't stop raving about it. 'The best thing about the hotel is that it's a 20-minute walk from Cyprus' #1 waterpark. Plus, the breakfast buffet was fantastic...think made-to-order American-style pancakes with syrup or chocolate sauce.' OK, that's enough Mark. We're drooling now 🥞

Got beach on the brain, like, all the time, and wanna look ahead to your 2027 holidays? Whether it's a Canaries break you're after (like our holidays to Fuerteventura) or a long-haul trip to paradise, that's where we come in!

Just think of us as your beachy godmother, dressed in flip-flops and sunnies. From cheap holidays to big package holidays, action-packed all inclusive breaks and everything in between - we've got it all, and we'll handle all the nitty-gritty bits for you too.

'Round these parts, we're firm believers that holiday mode should start ASAP (like, from the moment you start craving Fanta Lemon and the smell of sun cream), not just when you land (yes, even a year in advance... we love holidays what can we say?) Wherever you're heading - Spain or Sardinia, Costa Brava or one of our Cape Verde holidays, we've got you covered. Ready to add one of our holidays to your diary? Good, so are we. You might want to dig that suitcase out...

Where should I go on holiday?

It's a question we ask ourselves far too often (usually closely followed by an annual leave request to our managers - sorry guys!). To beach, or not to beach? We'll always have a soft-spot for the sandy stuff, but that doesn't mean we don't show our city breaks plenty of love too, and if you're looking to jet off, like, now, then they're the perfect pick for your 2026 holidays.

Deciding we want a holiday is the easy part, though, it's choosing where that throws a spanner in the works. Holidays to Tenerife with their year-round toastiness? Greece with its mega pools and feta-packed buffets? Turkey holidays with their whopping waterparks and Blue Flag beaches? We could spend hours just drooling over the pics, and believe us - we have! But if you don't have hours to spare, we've done you a solid by narrowing it down to a few of our most popular holiday spots below. From holiday weather to things to do, this is everything you need to know about these holiday gems. Happy browsing ☀️

You’ll be sold on these three gems

Sol Katmandu Park & Resort keeps things easy with family-friendly pools, themed rooms and loads of on-site entertainment so you barely need to leave, Sol House Mallorca is all about chilled daytime lounging that rolls into lively evenings with sea-view terraces and stylish hangout spots, and Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora serves up a more refined escape with spacious rooms, lush gardens and a seriously impressive spa setup that’s perfect for unwinding in style. 🏝️😍🌊

When should I go on holiday?

Whenever the heck you want! And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. That's the beauty of our package holidays - they're not just for summer, there's something for everyone all year round, we're talking early Spring escapes on April holidays, to Christmas market jaunts on December holidays, to a Halloween fest on your October holidays! We've got a whole bunch of destinations up our T-shirt sleeve to give you that toasty sunshine  - even in winter (hello, Lanzarote holidays).

Whether you're looking for a family holiday or you're a teacher just trying to get some peace and quiet around term time (we're so sorry, how do you do it?), we've got you covered. Even if you're just gagging to jet off somewhere last minute, you're well sorted. Have a snoop below to see what the weather's like throughout the year in our top holiday spots. (Spoiler: it's warmer than back home.)

Who should I go on holiday with?

Choosing who you're holidaying with is like picking your karaoke song – get it right, and you're a hero. Get it wrong, and it's gonna be a looooong night. You've gotta find your crew that're the karaoke equivalent of Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On. Otherwise, just imagine the kids' faces at a zen spa retreat – about as impressed as cats in a bath. Or picture your party crew's horror when they rock up to a resort perfect for a cheap family holiday... but where the bar closes early, and nobody's up for a night out. Thankfully, we've got something for all types of holidays - even the solo kind! So, who's in your sun squad? Choose wisely...

What types of holidays are there?

Well, just like the brekkie buffet at an all-inclusive hotel, the options are endless! We've got a bit of everything from long-haul Luxury Caribbean breaks without the kids (or with them, you do you), action-packed city breaks, all-inclusive Turkey trips... Heck, we've even got super swanky cruise holidays on the menu now, from sails round the Norwegian Fjords to no-flight cruises setting sail from our home ports - here's looking at you, Southampton. Whatever you're craving, we reckon we can satisfy.

Vacays come in all shapes and sizes, so tell us what you want (what you really, really want), and we'll whip up the perfect trip for you - whether you're browsing last-minute holidays or looking to plan the stag do of all stag dos on a Benidorm holiday. Doesn't matter if it's just you and boo, a whole fam shebang, a budget beach affair or a no-expenses-spared boujee break - we've got you. So, what're you still doing here? We appreciate the company, but get browsing. Let's get this vacay started...

Once you go Grecotel, you won’t go back

Grecotel Creta Palace is a top-tier pick for a sunshine escape, ticking all the boxes with its beachfront location, offering an indulgent LUXME All Inclusive option with premium drinks and a’la carte experiences, and loads of facilities to keep things interesting. You’ve got a new poolscape of 4 overflowing pools, a brand new Aqua Park, direct beach access, redesigned accommodations and a full line-up of activities – from water sports to wellness bits – so whether you’re in chill mode or feeling active, you’re sorted. ⛱️🏊‍♀️😍🌞

What kind of hotel should I book?

We've got hotels coming out of our ears, so whether you're looking for somewhere with the funkiest hotel rooms (think of the Insta pics), somewhere you can practically roll out of bed and into the pool (splosh), or just somewhere with SO MUCH going on that you won't have to hear the kids say they're bored once - we've got you covered. Don't believe us? Have a peek 👇

Where can I fly from?

We've got access to flights all over the shop, so you can travel from an airport that's convenient for you. We're good like that. Northerners, Southerners, West Midlanders - we don't judge. Have a nosy at just a few of the airports you can fly to and from when you book a package jolly with us:

Where to go for your 2026 holidays, with...

🧘 Chilled vibes 🧘

If hustle and bustle are two words that don't make it into your holiday vocab, then try heading for a relaxing resort in Greece. There are tons of quiet hotels in Greece that avoid the chaos without scrimping on things to do. You can opt for less waterparks, nightclubs and aqua aerobics, more swim-up rooms, beach cabanas and cocktail bars. And if you fancy going one step further than Greece, then why not try somewhere like the Maldives or the Dominican Republic? Private resorts and white-sand beaches...it doesn't get much more relaxing than that!

❤️ Romantic vibes ❤️

If you fancy upping your romance game, then where better than the city of love? AKA: Rome. Paris is also pretty up there in terms of romance. We mean, what could be cuter than sharing a baguette under the Eiffel Tower? And no, that's not a euphemism. For those of you who can't go without the beach vibes (of course we understand), Greece is another great shout for some 10/10 couple time - especially those Santorini sunsets. Bring a camera 😍 (Or just your phone - no one really carries cameras around anymore.)

🏖️ Beach vibes 🏖️

For no particular reason, this might be our favourite section. Luckily, we do know a thing or two about beaches, so if you can't book a jolly until you know there's some sand and sea within walking distance, don't worry. Turkey's got you covered with its HUGE offering of Blue Flag beaches (which is a really big deal in the beach world), you can't go wrong with a Spanish classic like Majorca for the family beach vibes, and if you like your beach with a side of scubadiving then Egypt holidays are calling your name.

🏄 Fun vibes 🏄

Can't sit still? We've got vacays where you won't have to, and neither will the restless teens. If the sea is your playground then the Canaries are your go-to spot for watersports. The windy shores are perfect for surfing, parasailing and more. But if you prefer your activities to be in the pool or on land, Turkey's mega selection of waterparks and theme parks always delivers (we're looking at you Land of Legends), and Cyprus has some pretty big waterslides up its sleeve too!

Where's hot right now?

We don't mean where's literally hot, we've got pages for that: See where's hot in April, May, June and July.

But if you wanna go somewhere hot, like trendy (and also actually hot) then read on.... These destinations are blowing up with UK travellers right now, and we've got brilliant hotels in all of them.

Montenegro is the one everyone's talking about. Travel publications including Time Out, Expedia and Tripadvisor have all named the Balkans as the hottest travel region in Europe for 2026, and Montenegro is leading the charge. You get Croatia-level coastline at a fraction of the price, medieval old towns, fjord-like scenery around the Bay of Kotor, and beaches that won European awards. Flights are under 3 hours, the euro makes spending money simple, and your money goes properly far once you're there.

Morocco has been named the cheapest summer package holiday destination from the UK this year, and Agadir is where most of the beach action is. You get 10km of Atlantic coastline, year-round sunshine (even in winter it's 18-24°C), massive souks, surfing, and all-inclusive deals that are genuinely hard to beat. Direct flights take about 3.5 hours, and food and drink prices once you're there are a fraction of what you'd pay in Spain or Greece.

Egypt's Red Sea has overtaken the traditional Med favourites to become the most popular destination for British holidaymakers in 2026, according to booking data. The combination of guaranteed sunshine, massive all-inclusive resorts, some of the best diving and snorkelling on the planet, and prices that make your jaw drop has put Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh firmly back on the map. Flights take about 5 hours, and once you're at your resort, everything's sorted.

Take your pick from chilled breaks, romantic breaks, beach breaks and fun breaks with On the Beach.

How many people book holidays with On the Beach?

Beach-lovers rejoice; when you book a package holiday with us you can rest assured that you're in good hands. Over 1.5 million happy customers book with On the Beach every year.

Can I book flights and hotels separately or does it have to be a package?

You can do both with us. Our package holidays bundle your flights and hotel together into one booking, which means you're ATOL protected and your money sits in a secure trust account until you travel. That's proper peace of mind. You can also book hotel-only if you've already sorted your flights elsewhere. Packages often work out cheaper than booking everything separately though, and you get our holiday perks thrown in on top.

When is the cheapest time to book a holiday?

There's no single magic day, but there are a few tricks worth knowing. Booking early (3-6 months ahead) usually gets you the best choice of hotels and flights, especially if you're tied to school holidays. If you're more flexible, the sweet spot for last-minute deals tends to be around 3-4 weeks before departure, when airlines and hotels are keen to fill remaining seats and rooms. Shoulder season months like May, June, September and October are almost always cheaper than peak July and August. And if you can fly midweek rather than on a Friday or Saturday, you'll often save a decent chunk too. For all the bargain hunting holiday info you could ever want, have a browse of our cheap holidays page for all the latest deals.

Can I book a holiday for a group?

Absolutely. If there are fewer than 9 of you, just search and book as normal, adding extra rooms as you go. For everything else, head to our group holidays page, where you'll find destination ideas, hotel picks for bigger crews, and details on how to get in touch if there are 9 or more of you. And here's a bonus: if you're the one organising and you book for 7 or more people, you could bag yourself a £50 Amazon voucher through our Holiday Hero perk. Someone's got to wrangle the group chat, and it might as well come with a reward.

Extra good stuff is always welcome, especially on holiday. With airport transfers, lounge, fast track and parking available to add on to your already wonderful package, we can help you make sure everything is all sorted for your jolly.
