Aberdeen International (Airport Code ABZ) is located seven miles north-west of the city itself and is readily accessible via car using the A96. If travelling to the airport by train, the nearest station is Dyce, although this is still 2 miles from the terminal so a taxi will probably also be required to get you to the airport itself (unless you're travelling light and happy to walk!)

There are also regular buses to the airport from the city centre, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. Pre-bookable airport parking can be arranged. This can be purchased via On the Beach, with our 'Never Beaten on Price' promise meaning you won't pay more anywhere else.

Aberdeen Airport went through a major refurbishment in 2024, so the facilities are in good nick.

Shopping – Boots, Dixons Travel (both expanded in the refurbishment), and WHSmith have you covered for last-minute essentials, tech, travel reads, and snacks.
Food and drink – The Kitchen does a solid range of hot and cold food. JD Wetherspoon has a beer garden (a beer garden at an airport, yes really) and serves proper pub grub. The Globe is a refurbished bar and restaurant airside, and Costa Coffee has outlets both before and after security. Joes Cafe is the newest addition if you fancy something lighter.
Airport lounges – the Northern Lights Executive Lounge has runway views, complimentary drinks, snacks, and a quiet atmosphere.
