6 of us girls stayed in figi, which is just 2 minutes up the road from the main building. for the price we paid we couldn't argue anything, plenty of space for us all 2 bathrooms, brilliant. the shower is a bit useless but to be fair theres water so you can wash yourself, cant complain. basic but ideal for a girls/lads holliday. If youre not fussy and are not on holliday to spend all your time in the room (who is) this is the place for you! got given out to one day at the pool for having water and sprite that werent bought at the pool bar, wasnt too impressed as it was scorching hot, others at the pool had drink and food from outside the complex and no one said anything to them sure whatever i suppose. we were located right on the beach which was great as we'd walk the beach home in the morning. also right in the middle of the strip, but a bit away too so it wasnt too noisy. we all had a ball. the only issue we had was that one of us left a camera in the room as far as we know and we havent received any help in locating it, other than that great holliday.

After reading most of the reviews on tripadvisor we made sure we were getting a room in the main building. The room was nice, clean, and spacious with TV and the fridge. The bathroom was also fine, but the first impression was BAD as the smell from the drain on the flour was awful. We left the door open and had a plastic bag over the drain, problem solved. We've found paying extra for AC little odd, but after all, the room (deluxe) price was very attractive. The stuff was very friendly and was trying hard to deal with all those noisy mid-20s Brits with only one purpose in mind when coming to Kavos - getting hammered. Well, that's Kavos after all. There was an info on the wall informing that the sheets and the towels are being changed twice a week. The cleaning lady must have been very sneaky as we didn't notice the change and she has hanged the new in exactly the same way and order as we were leaving the used ones... Draw your own conclusions. All in all, we were pleased with our stay. The location of the main building was absolutely lovely, you may say it was almost on the well maintained beach. It is located about 100m from the main street, so if you are not a party animal, good ear-plugs are a MUST. Otherwise you will not have a night long sleep...

We stayed in this hotel in early June for 10 nights. The hotel was quite clean however when we arrived there were a couple of issues. When we booked the hotel, the rooms shown online were very colourful and looked as if they had a nice theme. When we were brought up to our room within the main hotel, the room was nothing like the images. The sheets were clean but had stains on them, this was rectified immediately but the hotel staff. The fridge didn't work very well but it did chilled the water eventually. The television provided was a flat screen TV however the cable was damaged. The view from the balcony was brilliant as we were facing the beach. We got up early a few of the mornings to watch the sun rise ! For the money which we paid, the hotel was good value for money. We spoke to many of the reps and other visitors on the island and their accommodation was nowhere near as clean as ours. You get exactly what you pay for ! The staff were always very friendly and always try to resolve any issues that you have. I would definitely recommend purchasing the packages from Sammy and Sally in the hotel. The packages include the boat trip to the blue lagoon, boat trip to Paxos, boat trip to Sivota, Sandstorm boat party, pool party which takes place in the hotel, a Greek night which is an excellent night and a Must Do. Aqualand was a lot of fun ! The packages are excellent value for money and provide you with amazing experiences that would never get the opportunity to have at home. Tips: - purchase a mosquito plug for your room - pay for air conditioning - buy the mosquito candles from the shops. -purchase sun cream and bit therapy before you arrive. Places to visit: - Rover bikes which is the quad bike and bicycle rental company closest to the fountain bar (tell Nikos that Courtney sent you) - SOS pub close to the fountain bar who actually sell real drinks (ie not watered down) - Sweets cafe who sell delicious creeps and very tasty food. - Foodland close to rolling stones club that sell normal tasty food and is really good value. - Hippos restaurant which also has delicious food and excellent portions. Thanks to Sammy, Sally, Lorainne, Nikos, Manos and all of the staff in Island Beach.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. It's a very acoustic facility- doors have no seals, so they slam loudly. Lots of young drunk people shouting in the night or early in the morning. Mosquitos can give you a hard sleepless night. I didn't like the cleaness of the surroundings. Lots of trash, bottless lying everywhere- but it affects whole Kavos which is dirty as hell. Nice beach, but why are sunbeds paid for hotel guests? Breakfasts were terrible unless you're British :) The hotel has a nice location with a great view. Rooms are cleaned everyday but towels are not replaced. So assuming: not a bad place to stay but needs a lot of attention from the stuff/owners.
