just come back from staying parque santiago IIV for 10 nights , place is kept clean yes the rooms are dated .had a room facing road but we enjoyed people watching.cleaners in every day had to stop them twice as they was no need to come every day as they do the job really well.my only complaint was that they placed 2 small notices in our block to say the elecrtic was being switched off for 9 hours!!i just happen to see one of the notices, the management should of given the cleaners notices for everyone to be put in the rooms ,they were cleaning every day so i could not see that being an issue?also it was the day we were leaving,we went down to reception and yes the rude receptionist was there....( i complained about her 2 years ago ),i explained i needed to dry my hair for my homeward bound trip and she just shrugged her shoulders and screwed her face up saying electric is off !!i could not be bothered with her attitude and done without!!also the safe deposits were electronic?!would i stay again yeah probably if i could not get into my prefered hotel.8 euro for 2 shandies at pool bar was steep i thought.

I have just spent one week at the Parque Santiago III and had a wonderful time. The apartments are great - we had a one bedroom apt with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, our friends had a 2 bedroom apt with one bedroom/en suite downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs - the apartments are very clean, refreshing and well equipped. The pool area is fab, having a smaller heated pool, larger pool and a jacuzzi - we had tickets to get pool towels but had trouble finding how to get them (to be fair we did not try hard before we went and bought two towels) but you are provided with towels and there are plenty of beds and umbrellas. The apts are in a great location with brilliant shopping and eating facilities. There is a fantastic cafe near the pool and that also overlooks the beach/sea and Tenerife itself had improved greatly since we were there over 19 years ago. If you are looking for selfcatering in a great location with plenty of excellent places to eat and drink then this holiday would suit anyone.

This was our first visit to Tenerife, stayed at Parque Santiago on the recommendation of a friend. Our apartment was in Santiago IV and could not fault it at all, was cleaned every day and had everything needed for self-catering (not that we did any). Lovely pools with an abundance of sun beds. Hotel was well placed for eating places & night-time entertainment. All in all had a relaxing holiday and would definitely return again.

Stayed at park IV for 7 nights. On arrival rooms were not ready so sent to bar for complimentary drinks (bonus after a 4 hour flight). Staff at pool bar are very welcoming and asked us about ourselves. After a few cold ones off to the room i went . On opening the door and having a look around I was very pleased. Very clean ,two balconies ,two toilets a shower and my favourite a b day (clean bums all round). The hotel is very clean and had two great pools and pool bar. all the staff are very helpful and speak good English.Security on the entrance witch is good to stop people just coming in a using the pools and beds .if your looking for a nice place to stay by the beaches and great restaurants and nightlife you can't go wrong .
There's little rain here except for the odd shower in winter, and it's permanently humid: 17° Celsius on average at New Year compared with temperatures in the late 20s° Celsius by the summer apex. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
