Second year stopping at this hotel.. Came back a second time for the following reasons: 1. The location is perfect.. Not in the busy centre but literally a short walk away from the beach, cafe mambo, shops, bars and restaurants. Every night it took us 10-15 mins to walk to west end & get the disco bus to a club. I think most people who stop at this hotel like to do the same thing, so if you want a quiet early night I wouldn't bother, it's not that kind of hotel.. People do tend to come back rather late of course, it's Ibiza! 2. The actual hotel makes me feel safe.. You can't get in without a wrist band and there's always someone at the door checking. You pay a small amount for a safe for the week, which I would recommend doing as with any hotel. Regardless, I felt secure and happy to leave my belongings in the room whilst I was out scanking at pacha!! The food at the hotel is lush and has improved since last year. Everything seems to be ,add fresh.. Not gonna lie I had salmon and noodles and it was 10/10. 3. The ibiza rocks team are great.. So laid back and friendly, all of them never make you feel pressured to buy tickets or anything, I feel that they honestly just want you to have a good time.. They recommend all the best nights and sell you genuine tickets (you can't always trust buying from random on the street!). Finally I have to say one of the reps (crookers) is an actual diamond!!!!! I'd go back here again, you get what you pay for and if you're up for a good time then this is the perfect hotel.
Stayed here for 5 nights, we had an amazing time! The Ibiza rocks reps were amazing & so helpful, always there to give advice on what to do & where to go! Check in was really fast & you get a token...
Stayed here for 5 nights, we had an amazing time! The Ibiza rocks reps were amazing & so helpful, always there to give advice on what to do & where to go! Check in was really fast & you get a token for a free welcome drink. Our room didn't have the best balcony as it was right on the courtyard behind a football net, but then again I suppose you get what you pay for! I'd probably recommend a pool or stage view room if I were to go again! Food at the hotel was nice & drinks weren't too pricey compared to other places we visited. Would definitely return!!
I stayed here with a group of 8 friends as a lads holiday - which is the destination type it is. It needs not be said, but this is not a family or couples hotel unless you are planning big nights out...
I stayed here with a group of 8 friends as a lads holiday - which is the destination type it is. It needs not be said, but this is not a family or couples hotel unless you are planning big nights out and early morning arrivals back to the room. The staff are great, both the hotel staff and the reps, and the safety and security of the hotel is high. Its unlikely anyone not staying at the hotel would be able to enter (in the day time anyway) and you can consider your belongings safe. There are two outside pool areas, one blasts music at unbearable levels all day and night and the other is quieter. Both are clean with a great atmosphere and have waiting staff offering food to the nearby tables. The rooms are much better than you would normally expect from a 'lads or girls holiday' type hotel, they are clean and spacious with towels and bed sheets changed most days (IF you are out of your room). Air con works really well (chargeable if you haven't got a superior room) and will keep your room cool all week. There are several bars around the hotel, serving hot and cold food and drinks all day. This is where the hotel starts to decline. The prices you pay to stay here are expensive - even taking into account that you are given free entry to the on site gigs in the evening, but it is well worth it. However, the food and drink is well overpriced. A bottle of water (330ml) is two euros around the pool areas and a very small meal will set you back 12-15 euros. The day time prices for alcoholic drinks are reasonable, but double+ at night in line with the big events and gigs. Its fair to note, that sometimes guests of the hotel are offered day time drinks prices during the big events and gigs. Its also fair to enforce that guests do not take their own food and drink around the pool areas (rare generally, but in a hotel like this it is common), until you consider that water is included in this. You cannot take your own water around the pool and must purchase their 330ml bottles at two euros each - disgraceful at best. People do this, but we were stopped twice from doing so, so its not overlooked. Overall, a great holiday, and will be returning later in the year. I would not stay here again if it wasn't specifically to see the acts playing at the hotel stage.

I went to ibiza for a week, the island is amazing... Hotel wasn't what i thought it would be, being as it is a very popular hotel... The reps were amazing looked after Us.. Room what we paid for was not good, we was on the level off the side road so anyone could of got in... We had to have four room cards changed as they kept locking us out and the staff where not happy it wasn't my fault the cards wouldn't work... The shower head didn't fit the fixing so we had to hold the shower head with our hand to have a wash.. The bathroom door didn't close.. In a week they changed our towels twice which I think is disgusting. We got there on a Monday and didn't see a housemaid till the Thursday then she came everyday after that.. There wasn't enough sunbeds a had to get up at like 8-9 to get a good spot or they would go.. So be warned if you get by the pool by 11 you will not get a bed..The Mexican pool was nice and relaxed staff where rude.. There was a man working and he came up to me as I had a bottle off water from the hotel shop by the pool and told me I could not drink it by the pool.. I was like it is a sc hotel, but the thing that got me angry was that there was other people by the pool with cider brought from the shop and he didn't say one word... I am coming back to ibiza next month but I wouldn't book this hotel again.. Very over priced for the hotel...
