Upon arrival we were poorly spoken to and given a dreadful service at the desk. We then arrived at our room which can only be described as something out of a shanty town. Stale smelling room, a kitchen cooker which looked like it came from the 70's or the landfill site, beds which my 4 year old son could have assembled in a better fashion. The toilet wasn't clean and to top it all off the windows were covered in sick... Yes you did indeed read correct. Vomit was on the front glass door of our hotel room. After all this we did indeed leave our room and headed back to reception. Handed our keys in explained how bad it was and left. The reception staff didn't really mind how bad our experience was and didn't even apologise for the dreadful experience. We took a 2 minute walk round the corner to Florencio which gave us clean, upper class room at a fraction of the price £18 per night had lovely staff and a great restaurant. Review will be edited or added to after hearing back from customer services.

The rooms facing the stage are definitely worth the extra Money and we got an amazing view :) great place for a fun holiday it was a little noisy in the evenings but we were out clubbing till late so it didn't bother us. You have to pay extra for air conditioning but you definitely need it!

Of course, everyone needs to stay in the famous Ibiza rocks atleast once. However, never again! 10 days in this place was just too much, the only positive about the hotel was the gigs, its much better to stay in a different hotel & just buy gig tickets! Just a few points: - rooms are small, to a low standard, generally unclean and facilities are so so basic - reception gave a random guy a key to our room THREE nights in a row, I was not impressed in the slightest! - sick and blood in the corridors was left for about 4 hours before it was cleaned up I would recommend staying here again for 1 or 2 nights for the experience and then spending the rest of your holiday in another hotel! There are so many cheaper hotels which are much cleaner, bigger and in the bay so you can take advantage of the nicer beaches & cheaper restaurants!

Have to say a massive thank you to all the host team who did everything possible to help out throughout my stay like tickets info etc and make it a great experience, even when I badly hurt my ankle the girl (forgot her name now, blonde with nose ring) went out of her way to help even giving me a support bandage and checked how I was everyday. Just little things like that are really appreciated. Hotel was good, clean tidy etc and much nicer than the other similarly priced ones.
