Terms and conditions

This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. If you make a Qualifying Booking (defined below), all passengers resident in the UK and named on that booking will, subject to availability, receive a complimentary upgrade to a Sun Club Pool View Room, granting access to the Sun Club, a premium select status that comes with a number of benefits (see clause 5)..

2. Qualifying Booking means a booking made with OTB via its website (www.onthebeach.co.uk) which meets all of the following requirements:

• Order must be for a package holiday that includes flight and accommodation to Sunscape Akumal Beach Resort & Spa in Mexico (as rated on the OTB website) with a minimum stay of 7 nights

• The promotion is not applicable to hotel only bookings

• Order must be placed between 14th and 28th November 2022

• Departure must be between 2nd January 2023 and 31st December 2023

• The following dates are excluded from the promotion:

  • 1st December 2022

  • 6th February to 10th February 2023 (inclusive)

• Order must be fully paid and remain active

How do I claim the free upgrade?

3. When making your Qualifying Booking, you must select a ‘Sun Club Pool View’ room. The price displayed for the 'Sun Club Pool View' room includes the promotional upgrade. If you select any room type other than a Sun Club Pool View room then you will not get the free upgrade, e.g. if you select  a ‘deluxe’ room type, you will not get the complementary upgrade and if you select any Sun Club room type other than a ‘Sun Club Pool View room’, then you will have access to the Sun Club but this will not be at the promotional rate. If when making your booking, you cannot see any ‘Sun Club Pool View’ rooms available, then unfortunately there are no promotional rooms left available for the dates selected.

4. This offer is subject to availability. OTB will monitor availability of promotional rooms. As per above, if you are making a Qualifying Booking but you cannot see any ‘Sun Club Pool View’ rooms showing as available for the dates selected, then unfortunately you will not qualify for the free upgrade unless you select different dates where a ‘Sun Club Pool View’ room is available. This promotion may be amended, suspended or withdrawn by OTB without notice at any time.

• Sun Club suites in premium locations

• Upgraded minibar

• Upgraded bath amenities

• Complimentary newspaper in room every day (English or Spanish)

• Cartoons available in the room

6. Please note that some room types are adult-only and not available for family bookings.

General

7. The room upgrade is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

10. These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
