1. This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ ("OTB"). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. If you make a Qualifying Booking (defined below), all passengers resident in the UK and named on that booking will receive complimentary gadget insurance covering accidental damage, malicious damage, theft and loss up to a maximum total value of £3,000 per booking for the duration of your Qualifying Booking.
3. Qualifying Booking means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:
Order must be for a package holiday that includes flights and any 4* accommodation (as rated on the OTB website) with a minimum stay of 7 nights;
Order must be for no more than 6 passengers (infants aged under 2 do not count as a passenger for these purposes). For the avoidance of doubt, where the order has more than 6 passengers, no one on the booking will receive the complimentary gadget insurance;
Order must be placed between 11th December 2025 and 31st August 2026 (inclusive);
Departure must be at least 60 days from the date of booking and departing between 10th February 2026 to 31st December 2026 (inclusive);
Package holiday must be listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app;
There is a “Free Gadget Insurance” logo and is shown as an Included Perk on your selected holiday on our website or app;
There is no notice on our website/app informing you there is no Free Gadget Insurance available for the holiday you have selected (“Unavailability Notice”); Please see paragraph 5 for more information on Availability;
Order must be fully paid and remain active; and
Order must not be for a Cruise booking.
4. App Requirement & Opt-In: Once you have made your Qualifying Booking you must, within 10 calendar days, have downloaded the On the Beach app, logged into your booking and opted-in to participate in the promotion and be eligible to receive the complimentary gadget insurance. If you do not opt-in to the promotion and claim your complimentary gadget insurance, you forfeit any right to participate in the promotion. You will receive confirmation of your gadget insurance and any corresponding policy documentation at the time of claiming the gadget insurance.
5. Availability: This promotion is subject to availability. OTB has analysed likely demand from customers and expects to be able to run this promotion until 31st August 2026. However, if we need to, we can withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time (“Cancellation Date”). Where we decide to withdraw or cancel this promotion, we will provide at least 1 weeks’ notice prior to the Cancellation Date and update our website here with any Unavailability Notice. Any Qualifying Bookings made prior to the Cancellation Date will not be affected.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is only available to Qualifying Bookings departing at least 60 days from booking.
7. Cancellation & Amendments. If you cancel the Qualifying Booking, you will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. You may amend the Qualifying Booking in accordance with OTB’s standard booking conditions. If the booking no longer meets the requirements of a Qualifying Booking due to amends requested by you, you will cease to be eligible to receive the complimentary gadget insurance, and the perk will be removed from your booking. In addition, you will not be eligible to receive any other perks offered by OTB at the time of the amendment.
Gadget Insurance Terms and Conditions
8. This Gadget Insurance is offered by On the Beach Limited. Gadget Insurance is arranged by On the Beach Limited and ROCK Insurance Service Limited and administered by On the Beach Limited. On the Beach Limited (Company No.03162982, registered office: 5 Adair Street, Manchester, England, M1 2NQ) is an appointed representative of Rock Insurance Services Limited. Rock Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN No. 300317). Rock Insurance Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company no. 04255878. Registered Office: 135 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1DQ.
9. This promotional insurance benefit is arranged, and claims administered by Taurus Insurance Services Limited (Taurus) an insurance intermediary authorised and regulated in Gibraltar by the Financial Services Commission under permission number 5566 and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK under registration number 444830.
10. The insurer is AmTrust Specialty Limited (ASL / AmTrust) whose registered office is Exchequer Court, 33 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8AA, United Kingdom and it is registered in England number 01229676. AmTrust Specialty Limited is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Financial Services Register No. 202189.
11. Please note that a £50 excess is payable when making a claim under the insurance policy. The maximum cover under the gadget insurance is £3000 regardless of how many devices are covered under the policy.
12. Please see your policy documentation for full details and terms and conditions (including details on how to claim). Although OTB will pay for the insurance policy, it is your responsibility to comply with their terms so please read these carefully.
Legal
13. OTB will not be liable where a claim under the insurance policy has been refused because you have not complied with the policy terms and conditions.
14. The gadget insurance is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash equivalent will be given by OTB or any third party engaged to provide the gadget insurance if you choose not to participate in this promotion.
15. Failing to comply with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions or any terms notified to you as part of the gadget insurance policy may invalidate the policy.
16. Subject to paragraph 17, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of the gadget insurance, including but not limited to any claim refused by the insurer or any delay in processing claims.
17. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB's negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation, including without limitation the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement Regulations 2018 where relevant.
18. The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with OTB's privacy policy: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy. OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion (and such use will include transferring personal information to Rock Insurance Services Limited (please find Rock Insurance Services Limited’s privacy policy here: https://privacy-notice.rockinsurance.com/) and Taurus and Amtrust for the purposes of providing the gadget insurance policy).

20. These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
