Chance to win a £10,000 OTB UK credit voucher — Terms and Conditions

• PROMOTER

1. This promotion is organised by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ ("Promoter" or "OTB"). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

• ELIGIBILITY

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion.

• HOW TO ENTER

1. To enter, participants must submit their name and email address via the sign-up form on the promotion landing page.

2. The promotion opens at 11:00am on 12 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on the day of either (a) Patrick Beach first plays for Australia in the World Cup or (b) the last date Australia play in the World Cup, whichever is the earlier. Entries received before or after this time will not be valid. Maximum one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

• PRIZE

1. There is 1 prize available to be won. The prize is a £10,000 On the Beach UK credit voucher (the "Prize").

2. The following terms apply to the Prize:

   1. the winner must have or create an account with OTB to claim the credit voucher. The credit voucher will be added to the winner's OTB account wallet within 48 hours of the Promoter confirming the winner's eligibility;

   2. the credit voucher can be redeemed against any OTB UK package holiday (including flights and accommodation) for any departure date listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app. Excludes hotel-only, cruise and group bookings. Some dates may not be available, which will be made known to the winner at the time of booking;

   3. the credit voucher is valid for use by the recipient only, who must be logged into the same account as the one the credit voucher was applied to;

   4. booking must be made by 31 December 2026 and all travel completed by 31 December 2027. No extension is possible;

   5. the credit voucher must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively applied;

   6. the credit voucher can be used against one booking only, up to a maximum value of £10,000. Any cost of the holiday exceeding £10,000 must be paid by the winner. Any unused balance of the credit voucher is forfeited and cannot be rolled over, retained or exchanged for any cash or monetary value;

   7. the credit voucher will be applied to the total amount of the holiday and cannot be used against the deposit;

   8. if the OTB package holiday booking is cancelled after voucher redemption, the credit voucher will not be refunded, nor can it be applied to a different booking;

   9. the credit voucher is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion;

   10. the credit voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. OTB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary;

   11. OTB reserves the right to cancel and reclaim the value of the credit voucher for breach of these terms, including where the credit voucher is transferred;

   12. OTB is not responsible for any credit voucher that is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission;

   13. any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of the credit voucher will be the responsibility of the winner; and

   14. the voucher is not covered by ABTA's scheme of financial protection.

• WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

1. 1 winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted by email (via the email address used to enter) the day after the closing date.

2. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of notification. If no confirmation is received, the Prize will be forfeited and a further winner will be drawn at random using the same process.

3. Once accepted, the winner will be notified how to redeem the prize within 7 days of accepting the prize and confirming their eligibility.

• OTHER TERMS

1. The winner's surname and county of residence (if known) can be obtained by sending an email to winners@onthebeach.co.uk. By entering, you consent to such information being disclosed on request.

2. Entrants must ensure their entry complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not contain any illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inappropriate material. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant entries.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason.

4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

5. Bookings made using the Prize are subject to the Promoter's separate Terms of Business at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business, and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers (available on request).

6. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged 18 or over.

7. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms of Business. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms of Business.

8. Any amounts payable locally, such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes, will be the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions.

9. The winner and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa, hold adequate travel insurance, and comply with any other applicable terms.

10. The winner and their travel companions are responsible for informing OTB of any access requirements when booking and adhering to applicable health and safety guidelines.

11. Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in the Prize being cancelled or withdrawn.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion at any time and without liability where it becomes necessary to do so.

14. Subject to the following sentence, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of the Promoter (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by the Promoter's negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.

15. The Promoter will process personal data in line with its privacy policy at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy. OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing any booked holiday.

16. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the FIFA World Cup, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social network.

17. The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
