‘Working from Holiday’ terms and conditions

Promoter: This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, customers shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of OTB.

What holidays are included in the promotion?

• A ‘Working from Home’ holiday (“WFH Holiday”) comprises of an 84-night stay in Antalya, Turkey, during a Travel Window (see below), in one of the following hotels on all-inclusive basis:

  • Kleopatra Atlas Hotel

  • 4* Lake & River Hotel & Spa

  • 5* Aska Just in Beach, 5*
    

• There are three options of when a WFH Holiday can be taken (each a “Travel Window”):
  

  • Tuesday 3rd January 2023 to Tuesday 28th March 2023

  • Wednesday 4th January 2023 to Wednesday 29th March 2023

  • or Thursday 5th January 2023 to Thursday 30th March.
    
    

• To qualify for the promotion, the WFH Holiday must be taken on the start and end date of the relevant Travel Window. No shorter or longer period is permitted.

• Prices quoted are based on 2 adults sharing a twin room, with return flights from either Manchester or Gatwick on the relevant Travel Window dates, including 20kg hold luggage per person, subject to availability.

• Flight details (times and flights numbers) will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Each WFH Holiday excludes transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, spending money, travel insurance, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes, ancillaries such as seat reservations and any other items or expenses not listed in the description above. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companion.

• Each WFH Holiday is subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the WFH Holiday (such as accommodation providers and airlines).

• Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to a WFH Holiday after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

• The customer and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.

• It is the responsibility of those booking to inform OTB any wheelchair or similar access requirements and/or their companion when taking up the holiday package, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

• Each WFH Holiday offer is subject to availability.

Other terms:

• OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

• These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
