Location

The Verde Hotel is right in the centre of Içmeler, 200m from the public beach and 9km from Marmaris town centre. Marmaris is dead easy to reach by minibus — they run regularly from just up the road. Içmeler itself has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, with the nearest ATM and supermarket both around 200m away. Dalaman Airport is approximately 100km from the hotel, and Bodrum Airport is around 130km. The hotel is open from May to October.

Rooms

The hotel has 100 rooms across a single 6-floor block with 2 lifts, freshly renovated for 2026. There are two room types:

• Promo (Attic) Room - an affordable option located on the 5th floor with an area of 18m²

• Standard Room — 20m², located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, sleeps up to 3. Double or twin beds. Street, pool or mountain views.

This is an All Inclusive hotel. Meals, snacks and local drinks are included.

The restaurant seats 80 indoors and 120 on the outdoor terrace. Vegetarian and diet menus are available on request. Honeymoon guests receive a complimentary wine and fruit basket.

Extra charge: Turkish coffee, imported drinks, cocktails, bottled and canned drinks, fresh fruit juices, bottled and quality wines. The Red Lion Bar and SPA Vitamin Bar are also at extra charge.

All Inclusive is self-service. The concept begins at 14:00 on arrival day (starting with lunch) and runs until 12:00 on departure day (ending with breakfast).

Sports & Entertainment

• Pool — 220m² outdoor freshwater pool (1.25m–1.45m depth), open 07:30–18:30. Free sunbeds and parasols (subject to availability). Poolside showers, WC and locker cabins. No lifeguard on duty.

• Beach — Içmeler's public beach is 200m away (sandy and pebble). Beach entrance is free but sunbeds, mattresses and parasols are charged locally. Beach towels available with a deposit (changed every 2 days).

• Spa & Wellness — Sauna, fitness room, Turkish bath and steam room — all free with reservation (subject to availability). Massage and spa-style Turkish bath treatments available at extra charge.

• Activities — Darts, playing cards, backgammon and mini billiard (all free). TV lounge in the lobby and bar area.
