It's a small, friendly B&B hotel with 57 rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a long stretch of İçmeler Beach right on your doorstep. İçmeler itself is quieter and more relaxed than Marmaris, but you're only 8km away — and with dolmuş minibuses leaving every 5 minutes from just above the hotel, nipping into Marmaris for the bazaar, the marina or a night out is dead easy.

How far is the nearest beach?

This hotel is located directly on İçmeler Beach — you're right on the seafront. It's a mix of sand and pebble with a long coastline. Sun umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses and beach towels are all available free of charge (deposit required for towels).

There are 57 rooms across two blocks — 53 Standard Rooms (16m²) and 4 Triple Rooms (20m²). All rooms have two single beds or a double bed, a balcony (sea, pool or land views), air conditioning (free), minibar (free — stocked with water daily), hairdryer, telephone, safe (extra charge) and free Wi-Fi. Please note that the block containing land-view standard rooms does not have a lift.

Food & Drink

This is a B&B hotel, so breakfast is included and everything else is pay-as-you-go. A breakfast buffet is served each morning from 07:00 to 10:00, with tea, coffee and water included. There's also an a la carte restaurant on-site serving fish and meat dishes for lunch and dinner at an extra charge.
