My feedback is: Pools - clean and well supervised. Sun loungers busy but will free up if you're patient. Old pool area is beside café area. Very easy to supervise Kids here. Food - big...
I went to Roc Costa Park from the 14th August till the 28th August, I spent 2 weeks there and can honestly say that I could of stayed there even longer! I never normally do reviews but I had to write this review simply just to make aware to people how good the staff are at this resort. The number 1 thing going for this resort is there entertainment staff. The work they put in to keep the guests happy while they stay there is better bar none. They are great with the kids throughout the day and also always keep the adults at the resort entertained. There work definitely does not go unnoticed and i couldn't speak more highly of them. I would go back there tomorrow if it was possible! Brilliant holiday.
We have just very recently returned from this hotel in the Costa Del Sol and on the 19th August after a one week stay as a family with one child and we found it to be an excellent value for money...
My feedback is: Pools - clean and well supervised. Sun loungers busy but will free up if you're patient. Old pool area is beside café area. Very easy to supervise Kids here. Food - big selection but quality variable. We are fussy eaters but we managed fine. Lots of bread, salads, fruit etc if not fancy big meals. Snack are beside the pool was great for Kids - burgers, toasted sandwiches etc. Drinks also fine and plentiful. Staff - lovely staff. Very helpful and pleasant. Entertainment - Staff work very hard to offer something for everyone. Kids loved it. Cleanliness - Hotel was clean and tidy. The restaurant was very busy so some dirty tables until staff had time to clean up. Pools clean and bedrooms spotless. Room - We were allocated the older area which was clean but very dated. We paid 15 euro per night to upgrade to the new part. Well worth it. Room bigger and fresher. Also overlooked entertainment area. This was a bit noisy at night but didn't bother myself or kids. Location - outside of town but free bus available and taxis cheap. It was so hot our preference was to stay in the hotel anyway so no big deal. Overall: I would go back providing the cost is reasonable. The Kids loved the pools and the facilities are god for families. Other reports suggested that the hotel is biased towards Spanish guests. This is not the case and I found all guests courteous and friendly.
Stopped in this hotel for 8 nights from the 18th till the 26th of august and I got to say it was brilliant the staff and the entertainment team where brilliant and the Spanish guests staying where...
We have just very recently returned from this hotel in the Costa Del Sol and on the 19th August after a one week stay as a family with one child and we found it to be an excellent value for money hotel with the choice of food, amenities, activities and the quality of our hotel room. The Hotel Staff were absolutely fantastic to us in every way as we stayed in room 2416 (4th Floor) from 11-18/08/15. So please if anyone reading the past negative reviews about this hotel and its staff where several previous English holiday makers have said that the hotel staff & Spanish Holiday makers have a big attitude problem towards the English people and have been incredibly rude towards us? Well it's complete and utter rubbish as I/we can only speak as we find and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay there as a family with a child of five as previously stated. To be perfectly honest with you we found several of the actual holiday makers, whom were British to be obnoxious, Not the assistant manger of the hotel, Mr Ricardo Llamas and his team of employees whom were just fantastically pleasant to us at all times as previously stated. Thanks Kind Regards Mickey Shone

Stopped in this hotel for 8 nights from the 18th till the 26th of august and I got to say it was brilliant the staff and the entertainment team where brilliant and the Spanish guests staying where really friendly and had good banter especially when being thrashed by the mighty gb team lol the food was good You won't starve I also liked the way the pool area was run giving people a hour is a fair time to get dinner and also It was well watched by the life guards, the only thing the hotel should change is if you are flying at night you should be able to use the bar and snacks after your check time of 12 o'clock not cut your wrist band off but thank you for a lovely holiday and I did boss the water polo xx Thank you everyone
