Hotel is located at the beach and very close to Malaga (train). It's good base for quick trips. Staff is very helpful and this is the most important for me! When I asked for changing my room (because...
A four star hotel which I think was nearer a three star. Accomodation fine, Rooms always cleaned. The All inclusive food was typical of a spanish hotel, plenty of it, but not inspiring. The pool side snack bar was brilliant, including the two men who ran it, from it opening to close. Really happy and smiley always happy to help. There was always plenty of sun beds and a life guard on the large pool. The childrens entertainment seemed to be enjoyable, but the evening entertainment left a lot to be desired. The one thing that spoilt this holiday was a large influx of spanish families who started to take over the pool, bar and restaurant. They would not queue and the hotel management had to put security onto the all inclusive bar, due to taking for friends and swopping bands. The restaurant manager also had problems with the groups. Overall we had a pleasant break, but star rate is a bit confusing.
Just returned from a week stay, booked through Thomas Cook, asked for a 4 Star and was supposed to be an official 4 star. I would say 3 star and that's pushing it. I'll start with the bad...
I have just got back from a lovely holiday. I could not fault the hotel, clean and staff friendly - couldnt do anything more for us. The snack bar staff work so hard but always so happy - Matt is was a pleasure. The bar staff are lovely, my mum would like to mention Julien. The hotel is a stones throw from the beach and a bus stops outside the hotel. I have booked for next year and also my friends have done the same
Overall the hotel was good, the food was excellent however it is let down by a few things. For example u will need to rise early to take ur makes ready for the ritual 8.30 sunbed showdown which I...
Hotel is located at the beach and very close to Malaga (train). It's good base for quick trips. Staff is very helpful and this is the most important for me! When I asked for changing my room (because of noise from ventilation devices on roof - I simply don't like the steady buzz) they did it immediately! View from windows at main building is simply gorgeous...mountains, sea and Malaga...:)...When I ordered this hotel I did not expect it would be so cool. Fortunately, I was wrong, I recommend it
Just returned from a 2 week stay in the puente real. Booked this hotel as reviews from families indicated the children's entertainment and pool were good which is what we were looking for, for our 2...
Just returned from a week stay, booked through Thomas Cook, asked for a 4 Star and was supposed to be an official 4 star. I would say 3 star and that's pushing it. I'll start with the bad points. Swimming pool to small to cater for the amount of tourist. Not enough sun loungers unless you get up 7am for one. No balls or rings or loungers aloud in the pool. Queue up for lunch. Queue up for Dinner. Queue up for For snacks. Be prepared to queue for everything, It drives you mad the amount of time spent queueing. You pay for bottles of water, pay for wifi. A/C unit didn't work and the rooms that overlook the amazing view, is ruined on Friday and Saturday nights by a nightclub thumping music until 3-4am it's difficult to sleep. In my opinion the hotel is not built to cater for all inclusive tourist it's not big enough and entertainment is not very good. We usually go to Turkey but decided to try Spain bad mistake. Good points The room was cleaned everyday. The guy that runs the snack bar was very polite even though he was over worked always smiling. Me and my wife had a massages it was fantastic would recommend. Torremolinos is a great place to go to just get a different hotel. We didn't complain couldn't be bothered no point out what was so apparent anyway was there to relax even though we were on a all inculsive we decided to eat out 4 days out of seven due to the queuing. Good luck!!!!!
