This was our 6th yr staying at this hotel when we stayed there in June and it was just as good if not better than previous. From the moment we checked we were so well looked after by all the staff including David at reception. Rooms were always spotlessly clean. The food was top class with great variety to choose from. Our two boys aged 4 and 7 were greatly entertained with all the sporting activities run by Mario. Evening time entertainment was provided by the kids Beny Club staff who all were so good with the kids especially Patrice. We would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a relaxing holiday in a great hotel

Staff were extremely friendly and very willing to help out in anyway possible. Nearly all the staff had very good english. Entertainment was ongoing through out the day. Boredom is not an option. Lots of pool activities for adults and children all run by a very friendly and professional team. Always shows for the family every evening followed by late night music so everyone is catered for. Pools are kept spotless. Small children's pool is kept a little separate from main pool which suits everyone. Main pool is quite large so there is always room for a swim. If you have enough of sun but still wish to swim there is an indoor pool which is quite big and peaceful most of the time. Lifeguards are very diligent and vigilant at all times. Sports and gym activities on site are in the form of archery, paddel tennis, soccer on sand, soccer on astra turf , basketball and kiddies play area. The gym does not have dumbells or barbells but it does have a multi gym which will train all muscles, there are also rowers and treadmills. Food is very fresh and very well presented at all sittings. There is a wide variety of food so everyone should be catered for. Hygiene is top class at this hotel as everything is kept spotless also maids are very good and very friendly. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and the hill is a great source of excersise on the way back ☺, it's not that bad at all so don't let it deter you. The Ladel bar left at bottom of hill is Spanish run and serves beautiful food for the family. I hope this review is of help and I also hope you visit this hotel to see for yourself. Happy holidays !!! John Crawford Waterford Ireland.

We stayed at the Benalmadena Palace June 22nd for our weeks holiday and upon arrival we were instantly pleased with our choice. The hotel is lovely very well kept and very clean with the reception having a stunning view of the pool area. We had a room with a pool view and we were very pleased with the room, the view & the noise levels. We have two children ages 6 & 4 and we had no trouble with getting them to sleep both day or night ( obviously daytime you hear noise from the pool area but it's not excessive and an evening was silent by 11pm) Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and with a lot of things to do around the pool games, aerobics etc staff were encouraging to join in without being pushy which was good & for children they do a foam party & a slide which our children loved! Evening entertainment was a mini disco from 8-9 for the little ones then upstairs in the bar for bingo and a show which were varied and we enjoyed as well as the children. Overall the hotel was a perfect family hotel with excellent staff and beautiful surroundings.the hotel is up a very steep hill but we managed it without problems but if you struggle with walking it could be a struggle. Visiting the harbour is a must and from the hotel was around €10 in a taxi as it's quite far to walk to but is stunning! We also visited the aqua park and loved it and again isn't far to travel to.We loved benalmadena and also this hotel and we would love to return again next year for a longer stay. Couldn't fault anything, perfect!

The hotel was much better than expected. Friendly, clean with good food lots of fun games around the pool for everyone and very friendly staff. Plenty for the kids to do at the mini club with wonderful carers who are very attentive, especially Puri, Angy and Laura. There's a games room and kids disco every night. A nice terrace to have an evening drink overlooking the pool. Could do with more lifts as stairs were the quicker option. The sun loungers were all taken by 9am despite most people still having their breakfast! A nice small quiet garden area was relaxing next to the indoor pool which was good and there is also a small gym, steam, sauna & treatment rooms in the spa. Lots to see around town such as the marina, aquarium, nice quiet Paloma park & nearby wildlife park with a great dolphin and parrot show. The cable car trip opposite Tivoli amusement park is worth it and catch the eagle & vulture show at the top of the mountain. The beach is 5 mins away and the promenade of seafront restaurants are a 15 minutes walk. Part of old town Benalmadena is a lovely white washed quiet Spanish village and worth a walk through the small square onto the church and Columbus monument below.
Year round, Benalmadena enjoys a mild, humid climate with hot, dry summers that typically range from 26 to 32° Celsius from May until August. The water temperature rarely drops below the low twenties in the summer, making it the ideal climate to catch a few rays or enjoy the clarity of the warm, blue waters off the coast.
