I am on my last day of a week here with my husband and 12 year old son. Having read other reviews I was nervous about staying but there was no reason to be. We stayed bed and breakfast and I think...
really enjoyed our holiday here, wouldn't bother with the pool though as theres a mad rush to get a bed at 9am when doors open, a bit like sardines around the pool. go to sister hotel on bus provided, more space and private beach there too, rooms were clean and serviced every day, no complaints about food, good choices, would go back to same hotel, staff ok,
rooms are a joke, booked a premier room the difference from standard room 2 bath robes, was told that Jet2 do not explain the deal properly in brochure, having stayed at another 4 star hotel in the area...
We stayed at the Real Bellavista for 7 nights half board. This was a family holiday for me, my husband, 5 year old boy and my parents. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews I had seen before visiting but have returned from the holiday really pleased with our stay overall. My main concern was the stag and hen party's but we didn't see any, maybe because it's now height of the season being the school holidays. I wouldn't be worried usually but travelling with a child I was hoping it to be more a family hotel which it was. We did choose to stay half board as we didn't want to be in the hotel all of the time. There is lots to do and I would recommend staying half board or b&b. The prices to eat out were very reasonable and there's lots to see and do. The only think that was a bit of a disappointment and why I gave 4* was the pool. It's too small for the size of the hotel and come 9am it's like watching the Donkey Derby with everyone rushing to get a bed. We didn't stay by the pool at this hotel for one day but we did use the pool at the sister hotel which was lovely. It was spacious at right by the beach. There is a free bus which leaves the Bellavista and stops at 3 stops, one the sister hotel which is only around 15mins away. Taxi to old town is around 5 euros but the bus stops there too. Food was fine and I thought enough choice. Staff were fine, some more pleasant than others. Room was clean and tidy and larger than expected with plenty of cupboard space. Do research before booking a boat trip. Some don't accommodate children or elderly well and are a bit disorganised. If you struggle to walk or have young children I would avoid the Liana boat trip to what they call caves! I would recommend a visit to Zoomarine for anyone with children. We saw Dolphins, seal ions and more. There's a little beach with water slides more for younger children and a wave pool, it was great value for money. Don't be put off my bad reviews, the holiday is what you make it.
Stayed here for 7 nights in July 2015. It was a lovely hotel with Bed and Breakfast included in the price. The food in the morning was great, lot's of variety, plentiful and tasty - However extremely...
I am on my last day of a week here with my husband and 12 year old son. Having read other reviews I was nervous about staying but there was no reason to be. We stayed bed and breakfast and I think this was the best option by far. This is a lovely hotel but isn't really offering enough in the way of choice or entertainment for an all inclusive. Our room 341, standard with balcony was spacious and clean. We overlooked the pool and never suffered with noise. The shuttle bus is a great service that is amazingly prompt! We took it to the old town or strip each day. Our days were spent in the tranquility of the garden. Always sun loungers her and just away from the pool enough to get peace. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would recommend it as a bed and breakfast base for the holiday.
Hotel was fine! staff are great and the rooms are clean and spacious... it gets its 4 stars from being a SPA i think, needs a little updating but its cheap to go here and you get what you pay for but...
rooms are a joke, booked a premier room the difference from standard room 2 bath robes, was told that Jet2 do not explain the deal properly in brochure, having stayed at another 4 star hotel in the area there is no comparison have stayed in better travel lodges .Did not stay here hot moved to another hotel.
