Just so you know this hotel is situated on the island of Cozumel. Please ensure that the flight you have selected arrives before 17:00 to ensure you have sufficient time to catch the last ferry. If you have booked transfers for your flight home, your flight must depart after 13:00 in the afternoon. The transfer includes transfers to the ferry terminal and the ferry crossing. However, due to local restrictions, you will need to arrange a local taxi upon arrival on Cozumel Island.

The themed restaurants have a smart-casual dress code, shorts and sandals are not allowed for men, get your freshly ironed trousers and best jolly shirt on.

• Four Swimming Pools - one is exclusive to Royal Level guests, but the other three are for everyone, including an activity pool, adults only pool and a pool just for the littleuns'

• PADI Dive Store - with a top five diving spot on your doorstep, how can you not?

• Kids’ Club - will keep the kiddos entertained all day long with games, their own swimming pool and garden area that they can run riot around

• Sporty Activities - stay fit with a spot of tennis, football, basketball, volleyball and watersports, from releasing your inner mermaid with the snorkelling, to getting an arm workout in with kayaking
