The hotel offers a total of 362 bright and stylishly furnished rooms, including Pyramid Standard, Pyramid Oceanfront, Pyramid Junior Suite, Pyramid Master Suite, and 80 Sian Ka’an Standard Rooms and Sian Ka’an Master Suites. General facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, a safety deposit, ironing amenities, a coffee machine and a minibar. Additionally, Sian Ka'an is a separate adults-only zone with its own rooms and suites as well as a drinks lounge, adults-only entertainment and an exclusive check-in area.

Choose from a mouth-watering array of cuisine at the many restaurants on the complex. There's a whooping 18 restaurants to choose from, 13 of which are part of the all inclusive programme. Six restaurants are exclusive to Pyramid Guests, and five restaurants are adults only, so you can enjoy a kid-free romantic dinner. Food courts, traditional Italian, Tex-Mex, Asian, steak houses and beachfront tacos are all available. From casual light-bites to gourmet dining experiences, you’ll find a venue to suit all tastes and occasions. It’s the same for drinks too, with twenty bars to choose from, you can party all night or simply relax with a glass of wine.

Sports & Entertainment

With an extensive pool area, you can choose a spot to swim, sunbathe and relax. Those who like to stay active can make use of the multi-purpose sports court, take part in Zumba, yoga and aerobics, or head over to the gym for a work-out. A Kids Club is featured on site, as well as two spas (local charge) for adults to visit for an afternoon of unwinding. Nightlife at the resort is buzzing with nightclubs, a casino, circus and the Oasis Arena where you can watch concerts and shows (some shows may be an additional charge).
