• Samuga - if you're staying in any variation of the Superior Rooms or the Garden Rooms you can tuck into an international buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even better, there's a 14-day rotating menu to keep things interesting!

• Hiya - those of you staying in the Water Villas and Premium Beach Villas can enjoy a semi-buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner over the water at this spot which also boasts a 14-day rotating menu!

• Avi - another over-water spot with a la carte dining options and all-inclusive drinks offered in the bar for those of you staying in the Water Villas, Premium Beach Villas or who splashed out for the Summer House.

• Nevi - serves all-inclusive drinks from morning till midnight, picture it, a cocktail under the sun in paradise, or maybe you'd prefer a spot of afternoon tea? That's available too 16:30-17:30

• Baraveli - another bar by the diving centre open throughout the day, the perfect place to plonk yourself down, soak up some sun and enjoy a few tipples while the rest of the gang try their hand at some underwater exploring

• In-Villa Dining - from 10:00-22:00 you can tuck into Chef specialities, light meals or snacks in the comfort of your room, we see you introverts, we got you covered!

• Infinity Swimming Pool - with all the water around you, we thought it important to note that there is still space for even more water in the infinity pool, so why not stroll into the cool water and take in the view

• Island Vibes - we've gotta mention the pure bliss of your surroundings, a beach wrapping you up in a neat little bow, and all that crystal clear water to swim in and explore, we're definitely not jealous!

• Roanu Fitness Centre - if you're looking to get your workout routine slotted into your vacay, this is your place, or you can try your hand at some yoga if that's more your speed!

• Firuma By Serena Spa - this over-water spa has all you need for a true taste of zen relaxation you can enjoy massages of the body and the mind with the ocean breeze keeping you company

• Watersports - with so much water around you, it'd be odd for there to be nothing to do on the waves, fortunately, the hotel agrees and you can get stuck into plenty including water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, snorkelling and scuba diving (extra charges apply)

• Night Entertainment - when the sun sets on the Maldives, there's still plenty going on including live music nights, DJ sets and authentic Boduberu to get you accustomed to some local tradition.

If you’re travelling via seaplane, flights can only operate between 09:00 and 15:00. If you land in Male after 15:00, or if there are any sudden weather changes, you’ll need to stay overnight in an airport hotel. Don’t worry – if this is the case then we’ll be in touch to make the arrangements. It’s also worth noting that, like most holiday transfers, seaplanes will stop at multiple resorts on the way.
