This holiday was for our first wedding anniversary so it was just me and the wife no kids this time. We checked in on the 24 June 2015 for a week all inclusive. The first point of contact was with the girls on reception who spoke good English and communication was good so check in was quick and the porter was on hand to take us to our room. Our room was number 439 which had pool and sea view which was a bonus. The room was first floor apartment and was decorated to a modern & comfy style. double glazed windows, tiled floors two big sliding wardrobes, sofa, table, small fridge, double bed, dressing table, tv unit with tv & dvd player, bedside cabinets, air con, alarm clock/radio. all remotes was in the room so you dont rent them or leave a deposit as some hotels do. bathroom had large bath and over head shower which was really good and powerfull. toilet & sink along with towel holders. and hair dryer with large mirror attached to wall. safe was in wardrobe and i was charged 21.00 Euro for the week. The room was absolutely spotless and clean looked as though they had been decorated recently. Maid service was excellent they cleaned the rooms everyday changed the towels and toilet rolls also bedding. ( optional bedding in wardrobe if needed ) all the electrics tv/dvd etc all worked without problems. Also on balcony was table and chairs. Restaurant is in the main building next to the reception again was spotless clean with a choice to dine inside or out on the balcony looking at the mountains. The restaurant was fully air conditioned well staffed and managed by Kostas who was on hand if anyone had any questions or requests ( Great guy he is ). you will find him by the door entrance to restaurant in a suit. all the waiting on staff are clean & polite and cant do enough for you. the food is a good mix of hot and cold food was always piping hot ( temperature wise ) really nice food enjoyed every time i went in their, great selection of drinks, hot and cold, wine and beer. not your usual cheapo all inclusive for food and drinks. The hotel had another restaurant up stairs this is Italian or Greek ( split into two ) and on the balcony so its out doors with excellent views of the mountains. Think you can only visit this once per visit on the all inclusive but we did anyway and again was spotlessly clean and staff was smart and polite. food again was food and drink excellent again. if you want to go to the restaurant upstairs you need to book the day before and is free. the bar in the reception (PANS) is well stocked with hot & cold drinks no snacks tho!!! and again bar staff smart & polite also quick at serving, theirs a huge number of alcohol cocktails to choose from and spirits as their is soft drinks as well coca cola, sprite, fanta lemmon, fanta orange, soda, good selection of fruit tea ( liptons ) plus fresh orange all on the all inclusive also quality various coffees. Pools. their is three pools on site which are all seperated. one is the childrens pools which had various water slides and is clean and safe with life guard who was alert and constantly around the pool looking after the children. their is also sun loungers around the pool but also their is covered areas next to the pool as well, ideal for the kids to stay in the shade with loungers. though this was good idea so parants can watch their kids in the shade while their playing. Second pool was for mixed adults and children this had the waves in it from time to time also was big inflatable donuts for you to use supplied free by the hotel and you just help yourself to them. Third pool was for adults to chill out buy and swim in. all pools was spotless clean and safe wiith life guards ( i didnt see life guard on adult pool ) so not sure if it is manned or not, however Iqbal one of two life guards was close to the adult pool incase of emergency. the childrens pool and mixed pool had life guards on and was alert all time. The pool bar is located by the main pool and again well stocked service is a little laid back here but you do get served, also food is available like hot dogs, kebab, chips and salad by the grill which was ok. Plenty of tables and chairs also sun loungers which are all clean. Their is a beach here can be accessed by the main pool their was a few loungers on it but was like pebble/shingle/sandy beach not really much to do. but was their all the same. KIds club. if you take the kids they do have kids club on and from what i seen was really good im not sure on the times but it was their and located near the kids pool as was the go karts and small fair. if i took my children they would of loved it. This is an honest review based on a weeks stay here, overall i give this hotel 10 out of 10. it was spotless and think was recently decorated at some point it had loads of extras like free wifi all over the complex, pool tables and air hockey down stairs aswell as a small shop, the grounds are well maintained and has nice lawns and flowers also palm trees. all the staff seem happy , also theirs lots of sofas and chairs in the reception where people seem to meet or just chill and relax taking full advantage of the free wife. all air conditioned with nice furnishings. if you have and special request like flowers of wine to be organised for your partner go and see Kostas he is one of the hotel managers their hes a real genuine guy who will assist you. cant thank him enough for arranging flowers and champagne for a surprise for my wife and the strawberries and cream went well, thank you again.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! The lifeguard Iqbal knew all the kids names, got to know everyone and would stop for a chat when leaving. He was brilliant telling us how to hold our son when going down the slides, felt very safe with him being there. Lots of the staff got to know our sons name and gave him hi 5's and said hello everytime we saw them. Anna at the pool bar really made our holiday special. Such a friendly and kind girl, she went above and beyond for our little lad who asked for her everyday! We will miss her, always smiling and chatting. The food at first we thought was fab but it got a little repetitive so we got abit bored because there isn't a huge amount of choice but its of a very good quality for an all inclusive! The rooms a very big with plenty of wardrobe space, very clean and comfortable. It had 2 rooms, one with a single bed, table, chair and wardrobe and the other main room with double bed,tv,dvd player, wardrobe, table etc. The rooms were spot on! The pool with the slides isn't deep at all, our 3 yr old could stand up in it so that was good too. The grounds and views are amazing!! I would defiantly recommend this hotel to families especially with younger children. This is the best hotel I've stayed in, in regards to being family friendly! I would like to return again myself! Also when u go out to the beach if u walk left for a few minutes there is a fab little resteraunt, the food there is just outstanding! We got a starter,2 mains, 3 beers,an ice cream, banana and orange juice for 35 euros. Worth every penny and more!
I was also there when they had a power cut as the lady completely blows out of proportion below, what can the hotel do about a power cut? Nothing.. We also got moved for 3/10 days and then returned...
I was also there when they had a power cut as the lady completely blows out of proportion below, what can the hotel do about a power cut? Nothing.. We also got moved for 3/10 days and then returned, it was a fantastic holiday the staff are outstanding, food isnt bad, i was expecting worse by reading some reviews, there is something for everyone, loads of choice, rooms were cleaned everyday, the pools are clean, the life guard Iqbal is fantastic he knows all the kids names before he meets them he made me and the wife feel safe with him being 100% alert at all times, anna in the pool bar is such a fantastic girl, always smiling, laughing and joking we looked forward to seeing her in the evening for a vodka and orange and a white wine.. We will miss her. Beach is what u imagine in Greece its grit sand and big pebbles in the sea. We loved it and would return 100%
