Overview

The Apollo Hotel is in Kavos, near to Georgioupolis, between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon. The beach is approximately 400 metres from the hotel and offers a good selection of with water sport facilities. There is a regular bus connection to both cities and the nearby Kournas Lake which is the only sweet water lake in Crete. There is a mini market and a restaurant nearby. Georgioupolis has everything required for a perfect holiday including pharmacies, open markets, super markets, restaurants and a good local bus service.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

From 11:30  to  23:00pm  following drinks are served at the pool bar (in Apollo 1 building, Brandy, Beer, Raki, Ouzo, Wine (all local brands)and all kinds of soft drinks. After 23:00pm all drinks are extra.

From 17:30 to 18:30 – coffee time, served at the pool bar (in Apollo 1 building) Coffee or Tea, Ice-cream (2 scones each person), cake.

The property has a swimming pool and children's pool, reception, mini football, beach volleyball and a hairdresser. (Some facilities are subject to a local charge) The hotel has a restaurant and a bar on the beach and BBQs are also arranged for the guests.
