• Adults Only – Strictly 18+, with no exceptions, even when accompanied by an adult.

• Security Deposit – €50 per person, payable in cash on arrival and refundable at check-out provided there's no damage to the room or its contents.

• Local Environmental Tax – €2 per room, per night, payable at check-in.
