Went here on a girls holiday last year in July. We didn't really expect much because we'd been zante the year before and all agreed that the hotel was just a bed to sleep in. It was a lot better than i expected! Totally forgot to write a review but our apartment was amazing. It was two floors and had an outside floor balcony area which we sat on pre drinking before going out (and we got bitten loads out here but we didn't complain!) Two of us slept downstairs on the sofa bed type things and the other two upstairs in proper beds but they could look down on us while we were sleeping which was funny. i spent most of my time in bed hungover and not on the sun lounger so i can't really complain about that. The staff were okay, food took a bit longer than expected to come out but i think thats because we were hungover and it felt so much longer. Plus everyone would eat around the same time. Our rep otis was really good too! Loads of places to eat outside the resort, deffo recomend TKDs although its a bit more pricey. There's a nandos type place somewhere on the opposite side of the strip which was good too and an amazing mexican. Tex Mex or something like that. If you've never been to kavos before its very small so everything is walking distance and you see everybody who knows everyone on the nights out so there's no avoiding people haha. You make so many good friends though because you see everyone all the time everywhere. Also big thanks to the medical staff for looking after our paraletic friend. Not so thanks for the bill though. GET HOLIDAY INSURANCE KIDS! Such a good holiday and wish i could go back!

A cheap last minute deal, but boy did we pay for it! It was beyond basic, even for Greece. Cupboards broken in kitchen, bathroom tiles cracked, balcony glass broken, bed linen stained, no blankets. We had to sleep under our towels. Green mould around pool. This place is not fit for human habitation, avoid like the plague. I have asked Thomas Cook to remove it from their portfolio.

Stayed here last summer 2014 for a girls holiday. The pictures look nothing like the hotel ESPECIALLY the rooms! Bathroom was just a room with a plug in the middle of the floor, there was nothing to hold the shower head on therefore we had to tye it up with a hair bobble which was sorted by other guests. The kitchen is small and there is not enough condiments for the amount of people staying in the room, couldnt make any food, pan provided was too small therefore we used it as a coolant. AIR CONDITIONING was leaking and the hotel owner did nothing about it even though we complained many times. There was constant power cuts and no water for several of hours. The atmosphere around the pool was not nice and hardly anyone got along with eachother. There was a beach right behind the hotel, which we wouldnt even class as a beach because it was full of dirt. cleaners visted us once throughout the week so we have gave her a suprise before leaving the hotel. Sunbeds were disgusting also full of dirt. No food or drinks at the hotel. there was no WI-FI connection even thought it was advertised. We had to pay 30 euro each for the air con, safety box and also sunbeds which was a waste as nothing worked. EVERY SINGLE MORNING THERE WAS A CHICKEN OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM, WORKED LIKE AN ALARM! ANNOYING. The hotel was full of dirty dogs and homeless cats beggining for food. Couldnt use the toilet as we got soaked by the shower head flying about, Nothing to put our shower gels on. The window in the bathroom wouldnt shut!

I stayed here with 11 of my friends back in June 2014, it was amazing, the pool was clean, the rooms were basic but after all we weren't in them much. Directly on the beach and a short walk from the strip but don't get any noise from the strip! Alex the owner is a very sweet man and helped us with everything even carrying all our bags to our rooms. Small and fun hotel with a great atmosphere.
