Me, my husband and our 3 boys (age 10, 7 and 5) have just arrived back from this resort and it was the best holiday we've had. Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean and always cool, which was nice as the weather was so hot. We overlooked one of the pools and also had a sea view. The animation team are fantastic, loads going on round the fun pool and also on the beach during the day, the entertainment was brilliant every night, we saw some fantastic shows. They all work so hard but we must say a massive thank you to Mickey who made our holiday so special, he is so friendly and is excellent at what he does, the boys are still talking about him now! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back.

Visited this hotel last week and have come back with mixed feelings about it. Firstly this is not a 4 star hotel, probably a 3 star. Good points: clean large rooms (although do smell of damp ), large pools and wonderful beach and clear warm sea. The food is as you would expect on an average all inclusive, good choice and plenty of it. Now the reasons why I gave it a 2 star rating ( and I was generous ) the queues at the bars were very long during the day and on an evening. As you were only allowed to get 2 alcoholic drinks per person if you went as a large group or were sat with other people half of you had to queue for an average of 10 minutes to get a drink, these were served in small plastic glasses and the lager was always an inch from the top. So spent half the evening queuing! The hotel had 2 members of staff welcoming you to the restaurant why? and then had only 2 bar staff on at each bar! Not good staff management. The main reason I am not happy with this hotel is that my 8 year old son had an accident on our first night. He ran out of the arcade to us as the bar and ran straight into a low hanging sign. This sign had a heavy metal bar sticking out and this sliced into his head just above his eye. I ran into the reception to get a doctor and asked for a towel to stop the bleeding and they gave me some cotton wool and a bottle of water!, the doctor arrived and we were advised to take him to hospital , which we did and he ended up staying there overnight and having 8 stitches. On the evening whilst I was at he hospital my husband complained to the manager about the thick heavy pole and he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't see anything wrong with it. Funnily enough the next day when we went to take photos it had either been cut or pushed inside as it was no longer sticking out. Our rep was lovely and really concerned about our son but no one from the management came to us to ask how he was. When our rep told them we were unhappy with what had happened they put a bottle of wine and dome fruit in the room!!!. This was laughable as our son does not drink wine at 8 and as it was an all inclusive hotel it was free anyway. We made the most of our holiday although our son could not get his head wet which is hard when there is not a lot to do apart from the pools and sea. Apart from the management all the other staff were very friendly even though they were very busy, we got to know the medical staff who were helpful as we regularly went for dressings changing.

My only bug bear was having to queue for soft drinks at the bar, they only did self service drinks at the restaurants during meal times. Food was acceptable for a week, but nothing special. Some of the decking areas around the poolside were in need of maintenance, do two of my four inflatables didn't survive the week because of this. Apart from that it was pleasant enough, but won't be going back because you can't flush toilet paper in Corfu.

we decided to take a last minute all inclusive deal for a week away at this hotel, which after so many self catering holidays was a step into the unknown for us. we had a room at the beach end of block 10 which was a lot bigger than I expected and both kids with us had their own beds. as we were only there for a week we didn't get to find the food too repetitive, we found that the Italian was best for breakfast, kids loved the pancakes, but the flavours on the lunch and dinner were a bit bland, the Greek was on the other hand really good for lunch and dinner, plenty of lovely salads, and bbq'd meat, super desserts, now I know the Greece is suffering financially but the company which owns the hotel need to seriously sort out some refurbishment around the pool areas where there are tiles and drainage grilles either broken or missing, which will cause someone an injury one day soon, also some of the blocks closer to reception could do with a new coat of pain as the look very drab indeed, the sun beds were plentiful, but even though the hotel put a note in their information about people not going down early to reserve beds, if you hadn't done it 9am you wouldn't get a bed for the day until late afternoon. the beach was awesome, especially for an early morning dip about 7.30am when the water was cool, overall a good experience, would probably go there again
