I stayed her with a friend for a week all inclusive. I always read the reviews to see what things people moan at. Well it seems some people want everything for nothing. This place is you get what you pay for. Where do I start..... Breakfast was one of the best ive had at an all inclusive proper sausage!!!! But there was options for everyone and was mostly warm yes the beans were a little cold at times but it's hardly something to ruin your holiday. Rooms I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Was it modern....no. Was it at a standard I could accept for my holiday saying I wasn't going to spend a lot of time in it....yes. The rooms were a little dated but who goes away to spend time judging there accommodation. If your that person you need to get out more! The bedrooms were spacious the living room was on the big side and the bathroom was well a bathroom. Dinner Always options of meat and fish normally 2 or 3 different types of meat and then a fish option. There was salad, vegetables, chips, pasta and even the odd lot of onion rings to keep you going. Not to mention the bread mmmmm the bread. The staff in the restaurant were always fast at cleaning up after you which was good there were never rude. If you use your please and thank you then you will get it back if you don't then you need to look at yourself rather than saying the staff are bad. Tea Tea was pretty much similar to dinner. Couldn't fault it, the puddings were incredible too always options coming out your ears. Yes yes was busier than dinner but it was hardly a wait to get a table and if you couldn't get inside there was always ample outside. Overall The hotel is a little dated but that's what happens to everything in time. The pools were good sizes, plenty of beds around them. The staff were approachable and polite, the rooms were good and meal times were one of the best. The bar shut at 10.30 but there's nothing stopping you filling up your table. If you want 5 star then pay 5 star this isn't and Id say I paid the right price. I enjoyed my holiday here and at the end of the day it's what you make of it.

My friend and I just got back from a weeks all inclusive at las Piramides and we had a great time, the hotel is big and there's lots of space for sunbathing, 4 pools all with different atmospheres, the place is clean and the staff were all lovely, helpfull and friendly without exception, rooms were cleaned almost every day, towels fresh and clean every day. The food was perhaps the best I've had at an all inclusive.....the decor is a bit dull but with bright sunshine outside and plenty to see and do nearby, we only slept and showered in our room which was perfectly fine for that purpose. Just wish we could've stayed longer! :)

Disgusting, dirty and filthy hotel, staff were uncooperative, rude and depressed, the food took me back to school dinners, the place wants bulldozing on the plus side weather was great and that kept us out of the "hotel" as much as possible. I wont be travelling back to Tenerife which saddens me, commercialized, for decent food we paid a premium, would suit alcoholics and down and outs.

I stayed with my fiance 13 year old son and 6 month old daughter ...i was very happy here for our 2 week all inclusive stay...The staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel was clean and our room was cleaned very often daily if requested with fresh towels and loo roll everyday and extra bedding if needed. The food was fab lots of choice. The pool and pools areas were kept clean and tidy ..recommend popping your towels on sunbeds before you go for brekkie to get a good spot ...Central to everything would definately recommend ...The only thing I would say is the nightly entertainment could do with a jazz up ...but most people go out in the evenings including us so this wasn't really a major issue...its not 5 star but you don't pay 5 star prices ...The hotel was fully booked lots of people wanted to extend their stay while we were there but couldn't think this speaks volumes :-)
There's little rain here except for the odd shower in winter, and it's permanently humid: 17° Celsius on average at New Year compared with temperatures in the late 20s° Celsius by the summer apex. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
