I would say try anywhere but here, the rooms in our apartment were very shabby & dated, stains on curtains, nail varnish stains on doors, fag burns on bedding, strong smell of smoke that clung for days.we had a few dead bugs on floor (they were there our whole stay) & a live beetle crawling around in bedroom. Bedding not changed for the 7days we were there & fresh towel were only given every second day. My partner didint book this apartment we were initualy going to Lanzorote to a nice well picked apartment but it was fully booked, a representative phoned & recommended this apartments to him we thought they would be of the same standard. We were very wrong! thankfully we didint have to spend much time in the apartment but it was so dissapointing. When we arrived our apartment wasint even ready so we had to hang around the lobby for well over an hour which wasint a good start to our first afternoon. we just wanted to get changed & head out but couldint. We were eventually showen to our apartment by the care taker who then had to go round glueing knobs back on droors, again not a good start. Security was also an issue the apartments could be accessed 2ways through hotel & by 2lanes coming of the Main Street. no key needed to get in the gates but strangely you had to use your key card to get OUT! The walkways to the apartments had poor lighting I was with my partner at all times but we both commented on the fact if I was on my own would perhaps not feel that secure. Because of this my partner decided to use the safe provided in room we had to pay for that! As well as pay for tv which wasint worth it,we only wanted a music Chanel to listen to while getting ready to LEAVE but there wasint one. On the upside it wasint to noisy on our first few nights. & the beds were made daily but not changed. If you were wanting to self cater it would be pretty hard as no cooking utensils or sharp knife. We ate out every night but did want to slice lemons for drinks (all we had for that was a butter knife) I'd say it was a good location but I just felt unclean staying here & by the end of the week I'd had enough of sleeping on single beds pushed together (it was very uncomfortable) I guess this would be a good place to stay if you weren't used to any luxury & were happy to slum it. we certainly won't be staying at these apartments again now we have been & have seen other nice hotels. We did like the area & resort and would defiantly go back but just not to these apartments.
I went here for a week and I really couldn't fault it the staff are super friendly and helpful there is plenty of staff to clean or help out the food was very good plenty to eat they catered for...

Well on arrival was greeting by the blonde receptionist, she was very friendly and told us where the bar and restaurant is if we needed it, we were on self catering holiday she explained it was €22 euros if we wanted to upgrade and had to be minimum of 3days which we thought was good. She explained where our room was and how to get there. Arrived in our room to find it wasn't over looking the pool as requested, rather lookin down at reception and courtyard, then I noticed we didn't have a kettle, toaster or oven, only 2 hobs and a microwave. Which is bit disappointing. Not that u wanna cook much on holidays but not that These were let downs. There lots of local bars where u can get nice food for reasonable prices. Ooh and if u want to watch tv best make sure u got euros as u have to pay. I haven't had food here or had a drink in the bar so I can't comment on that, I just think with a bit more updating this hotel would we better reviews. Location is ok, u walkin distance to all u need, beach, bars restaurants and sian park, but be wary as walkin home me and my mate were often approached by ladies of the nite, and on the street corners we have been offered all kinds of drugs. Nothin to do with the hotel but also be wary pick pockets my friend had his mobile stolen walkin out of tramps nightclub, we gave chase but he got away, we saw 2 police men and reported it straight away they appeared after we lost him, then 3 plain clothes police men also came over, this was literally minutes after it happened but they just said go back and report it to ur hotel and leave them to find him. So we came back in that nite and did what we was told to do. (This does have somethin to do with hotel) I explained to the night porter/ receptionist what had happens and that the police said I come and report it to u, he laughed at us and just handed me a piece if paper with number to 4n. I then asked for his name and he wouldn't give it I me. The reason I wanted his name was to complain about the way he reacted, (Bit strange so I asked why can't you he said he doesn't have too) so I went back down with my camcorder and asked him why he want give me his name he turned his back on me and then one security guard came for me, I've went down 1st thing in morning to complain to the receptionist about what had happened he said to come back later when thomsons rep is on. I did I explained to rep that it was his attitude and the way he was laughing and I showed him the film of security guard swinging for me, but because they speaking Spanish he said he'd have to get it translated. The manager of hotel is off. We are actually still here don't fly home till Tuesday so I will see manager 2moz. All I want is an apology. When someone has been mugged and walking in with grazes all over them the last thin u expect is to be laughed at. Would I come back to Tenerife, yeah! I'm not gonna let 2incidents spoil my holiday, would I come back to this hotel probably not but that's just because I think it needs updating, the hotel night porter/receptionist and the ladies/druggies on corner.

We have been staying in this hotel many times before, but this time we got some new information. On our last evening, we got informed by a female employee that all-inclusive guests are only entitled to plastic cups for their wine. This has later been confirmed by the hotel management. The guests that are paying the most for their stay are getting the worst service. If you choose this hotel and all-inclusive, you better take your own glasses with you. I don't think that even the managers at this hotel are drinking their wine out of plastic cups. Otherwise the stay was O.K.
There's little rain here except for the odd shower in winter, and it's permanently humid: 17° Celsius on average at New Year compared with temperatures in the late 20s° Celsius by the summer apex. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
