Just got back today from staying here for 2 weeks with my partner we were all inclusive. Rooms: Rooms were fine, big spacious, had a fridge&hob. Room temperature was fine at night but morning time was so hot and woke me up early. We had a shower and bath so had choice. Had towels. Doesn't come with hairdryer and also have to pay for telly which is 1 euro for an hour Food&drink: If I was to visit piramides again I would never ever go all inclusive , things weren't cooked properly. Especially if your fussy all incl isn't for you. Drinks were ok, most staff only filled the cup up half way which was annoying as your only allowed to gave 2 cups per person so had to keep coming back and forth. Area: 5 minutes from strip. (you cant hear the strip from this hotel) the beach and shops is a 20 minute walk , can get a bit annoying when hot and having to walk to the beach or shops. 5 mins from Siam park. 10 mins from aqualand. 2 hours to loro parque. 15 minutes from airport. Pools: There are actually 4 pools... We didn't know about this we knew about 3 and we couldn't even find the 4th one until the last day. Dont read the horrible reviews on here it isn't awful its just the food that let me down and also there were a lot of young people on the lower ground who kept me up til early hours in the morning singing and drinking . Even woke me up about 6 because they were still partying. Saw them even take drugs and also smoking weed around the pool so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with young children. It wasn't really worth the 1900£ we paid. The English lady with blonde hair was a star and so helpful. I would recommend for stag dos but not younger couples like us 17&18. I would have enjoyed my stay better if the noise wasnt as loud and if the food was better and not repetitive. :-)

Just back from 10 nights here, Was not our choice as such as was till a week before still going Tunisia, and with 9 of us going and only a small window of time we could all go away in this was our only replacement option... Now to be far the hotel is what you would expect it to be for a cheap 2 star Tenerife hotel just a short walk from the night life. The all inc deal was poss a let down, the food as expected was ok and very cheap an same old same. We had breccy most days but eat tea out more then we did eat there. The drinks part was crap as in 10.30pm stops, that's fine for the party going groups wanting hit the bars, but for family's with teenagers not brill. This is a family resort but I would not return with my family to this hotel as the non stop noise thro the night of groups retuning from the nights partying gets on top very soon. But if was looking for a lads holiday away cheap and somewhere hot would have no issues using this hotel as a base for it. The rooms are dated but clean. But the fact the is no air con is a big BIG let down. All in all you get what you pay for, and that's what we got.

We stayed here in October the weather was lovely but not too hot, the hotel all inclusive was good not great but for the price it was fine, the drinks were good, pool was small but enough sun loungers and use of another pool and small bar which was the quieter side and very nice for relaxing, staff were friendly and let us use the reception phone for personal calls at no cost, the rooms were standard three beds and a bathroom the same as most hotels in the area we also stayed in, overall very happy week away and everything is so close by walking distance even the beach just a 5 minute walk some lovely restaurants around theres a fab one opposite the hotel almost with amazing Italian dishes and good wine called martinis, avoid the people in the streets up the strip selling hair braids as they charge £40 and scam you also watch out for the people selling bar crawls they are a rip off and your best visiting the bars yourself to find one you love we fell in love with one where the dj wears a hat and hiviz calling himself Charlie sheen brilliant drinking games and atmosphere
