The complex is situated on a hill in the south of Tenerife offering some of the best views of Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje, La Gomera and the Atlantic Ocean. There are various bars and restaurants close to the beach and if you don’t want to walk then we have a courtesy bus which takes our guests to the Torviscas beach and the San Eugenio shopping centre. Athough the Lagunas Park is classed as Las Americas its very close to the border of Costa Adeje meaning you have the benefit of 2 great resorts on your doorstep .
On the Beach view the Laguna Park 2 as a fantastic "cheap and cheerful" hotel for those groups, couples and families looking for a lively holiday.

The kids loved the pool, the play area and the staff were great, very helpful. "Wooohoooooo" the poolside entertainments guy eventually got a bit tiresome by the end of the week but it was all good fun.

Just got back from staying at this hotel for a week and have to say it was ok first 2 nights but after that it was one bad thing after another! electricity went off in our room one night as me and my friends were just about to get ready, so we went to tell the reception and they told us someone will be up to our room within 20 minutes to fix it, and 40 minutes later still no sign (at this point we are in complete darkness) so I go back to reception and was basically told there was nothing that could be done! they didn't offer to accommodate us to a different room and didn't even offer us a some sort of torch! they basically expected us to sit in the darkness, which we had to do. After around 4 hours the electric came back on but then the same thing happened the night after! was really disappointed on how the staff treated this situation and me and my friends didn't even get an apology! Safe to say I will NOT be visiting again!!

if you are thinking of booking this hotel, be sure you know position of your apartment, unfortunately we were given an apartment where there was no sun any part of the day, the bed cloths were damp, no air conditioning, resulting in myself getting the flu on this holiday. When i saw this apartment i immediately requested for a change of apartment at the reception even offered to pay extra, but all i got was a blunt no and that was that. Finally had to put electric ring on cooker for some heat at nighttime. The pool area was good and the bar staff friendly. The restaurant food was average to ok, we only ate there once.this was early january 2014. I booked this holiday through Falcon travel,Dublin, I did make an official complaint and received a letter of apology explaining this and that ,in other words just fobbed off.

So went hear with my partner, we have been on a few 3 star holidays but this hotel is like a 1 star!!! The rooms didn't get cleaned and beds wasn't changed for 10 days u also have loads of bugs in them they are like little ants and cockroaches, without fail every morning u will see a dead one as for the food nothing makes sense like chickhen nuggets and pasta was never a choice, if u were all inclusive the alcohol didn't get u drunk and this wasn't just us, 4 other groups of people said the same thing hills a killer but taxis are very cheap the only thing that was nice was the pool was nice and clean and big. I wouldn't go back hear people say you want a cheap holiday that the place well I like a cheap holidays I'm not fussy but this place was a joke. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
