After reading some of the reviews on this hotel I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay. I decided to keep my booking. On arrival the room wasn't ready untill 2pm (so be careful if your on a 6am flight like we were) when we got to our room it was clean. The only down side to it was the bath had rust round the over flow and ran down the bath. We must have been in a out dated room as we had a huge TV with very little channels. Hotel it's self was clean and well looked after. We were all inclusive and happy we did. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all buffet so you can eat as much as you like. Room was cleaned every day, except bedding, we stayed in a couple of times and noticed the bedding wasn't changed. Maid was friendly, always said hello and smiled. Haven't been into the pool yet (spend most of the day at the beach) Over all the hotel is not as bad as the bad reviews make it out to be (in my eyes)

reading some reviews I was not sure what to expect on arrival. we booked a 10 night stay all inclusive. hotel is a short trip from airport, about 10 mins max, yes you hear and see the planes arriving and leaving, but not an issue and didn't spoil our holiday. the beach near hotel is not the best, but if you walk around the coastline there are better parts. the pools are cleaned daily, one heated one not. refurbished dining area outside opened while we were there, so building work has finished. ALL the staff work very hard and polite. Rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels, not so sure bedding was ever changed though, and be warned there is a plastic coating on bottom sheet which is not the most cooling after a day in the sun. The negative side of holiday was the dining area inside, although again staff work tirelessly, there is a major issue with birds flying in and landing on fresh prepared food, onto tables and on a couple of occasions we saw bird mess on napkins! we mentioned to our rep who informed us that the hotel was trying to alleviate this issue, but we spoke to a few other holiday makers who have been here before and said it has always been an issue. so please please watch what you are eating from the fresh cold plate, we avoided it completely. the hot food was a safer option in our opinion. on the whole the holiday was good, hopefully the bird situation can be resolved and a would give it a higher rating.

Stayed for 7 nights in mid June on a B&B basis. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. On check in they had no record of our booking but we still got our sea view room. The pool Rea is not very clean and I never saw any staff washing the area at the end of the day. It was very windy for the first few day and plastic cups were constantly blowing around....never saw anyone picking up the rubbish from the ground. The breakfast was ok but could be more varied. The birds T breakfast time were annoying and you had to have someone stay at the table to keep them from picking at the food. It's a great location and overall the hotel is not too bad.
The thermos and thermals can stay unpacked because even in the doldrums of winter, Lanzarote holidays are a sure bet for sunny temperatures averaging around 15 to 20° Celsius, soaring to near 30° Celsius by summertime. People who like rainy holidays can look elsewhere - by Matagorda's sun-basked coastline, the best way to get wet is by splashing into the warm Atlantic waters.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
