This apartment complex comprises a total of 50 apartments spread over three floors, and is popular with both families and couples. The well-kept complex offers a small foyer area with reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. There is also a TV room and bar on site.

The property is centrally located in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise, within 500m of a wide range of shopping and entertainment venues. Plus, a stop for the public bus service is just 300m away.

How far is the nearest beach?

There is a bay with cliff ledges approximately 250m from the complex, and Playa de las Cucharas is about 2km away.

The accommodation is located only 15km away from Arrecife Airport.

The apartments are fully-equipped with fresh, contemporary decoration. If you feel like cooking you can do so, or you can simply head down to our pool bar during the day to enjoy a selection of freshly prepared snacks and breakfast options.

Food & Drink

Our pool bar is open daily for breakfast and lunch. Start your day with our a la carte breakfast service (please note, no buffet is available). For lunch, we offer a variety of fast-food favourites, including sandwiches, toasties, burgers, and hot dogs. Please note that the bar is closed in the evening.

Sports & Entertainment

You can sunbathe, read or simply relax in the solarium, on the terrace of your apartment, or on the beach, which is just three minutes' walk away. The property's superb location means that it's very close to the beach promenade and its parks, where children can play and cycle, and guests of all ages can enjoy a refreshing walk amidst the beautiful surroundings.

Pool Maintenance Notice: El Guarapo Apartamentos will be closed for essential pool repairs from May 3 to May 14, 2026. The complex will reopen on May 15, although the swimming pool will remain out of service for safety checks until May 24. During this period (May 15–24), all other facilities will operate normally, and a special discount will be applied to all stays. The pool will be fully operational starting May 25, 2026.
