Stayed fully inclusive for seven nights from 20th/27th August 2015. It is very hard to find fault with this hotel. The rooms very very nice, air con worked perfectly. The staff were polite and helpful. Food was good, even if the menu was repetitive. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Yumbo centre and the beach, but taxis are only around 3 euros. Lots of bars and shops nearby. Had to pay for the use of the room safe, 12 euro refundable deposit and 3 euros per day. The all inclusive bar was very good value for money as drinks in the area vary from around 2 euros for a local beer to 7 euros for a cocktail. There is a small shop in the hotel but for better prices there is small supermarket about 100 yards from the hotel. We booked excursions directly from the reception, the staff were very helpful with this. Lots of car hire companies nearby but there was also a saleswoman from a car rental firm in the reception in the mornings. The only thing I can think of was the lifts not working and on at least two occasions witnessed people being stuck in them. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this resort. Overall it is a lovely place and the all-inclusive is well worth it. Help yourself to alcohol whenever you want is a novelty that wasn't abused. The bbq female chef by the pool needs to review her cooking skills - nearly always trying to give raw/undercooked food. There were over 1500 people at the resort and there was always something to eat at meal times - always cooking fresh meats and fish. Couple of down sides: our bedding was only changed once in the 2 weeks and that was 2 days before we left but then i don't change my bedding every other day at home lol. The reception did not want to know about the lack of air con in our room. His excuse was that it was turned off in the rooms whilst the restaurant was open! Tried not to laugh in his face! Its not a bad place - just surprised it is classed as 4*.

arrived about 10.30pm was told go down have some dinner and a drink and then come back and get room keys, everything went smoothly and was soon in our room, everything was clean and comfortable, lots of info given maps of hotel, free bus times etc. We booked a few trips with the rep after breakfast which was lovely loads of choice no problems finding a table clean and tidy, food was hot some cooked while you wait. Hotel is very large and there appeared to be lots of sunbeds but they were all reserved, you have to be downstairs with towels earlyish about 8.30am. plenty of seats in outside bar help yourself drinks and also bar service if required. Entertainment team work hard to keep you entertained but if you want peace and quiet you can have it at the other pool and they did not bother you otherwise, snack bar in pool bar area excellent plenty of choice and fridges with salads fruit pots and snacks also. Lunch was good in the restaurants but found we normally grabbed a snack instead, dinner also good lots of choice my partner is fussy but still managed to eat at every meal. The hotel was very clean and always saw staff cleaning in the public areas and the rooms were always immaculate so no problems there. Evening entertainment every night some nights was great others okay so again happy there. Staff at hotel very obliging had I asked for a larger room as with three in the room felt a little crowded, we moved into a much larger room and was well worth the increase in price some £80 for a week. Room 637 was our new room and was fab. The negatives were not enough tables outside in the evening, also at 11.30 we had to go inside to the bar as not allowed outside. Could do with extra bar staff in the evening outside as queuing sometimes took a while for a drink. Overall though nothing much to complain about a good hotel which I would be happy to stay in again.

Food on the all inclusive package is excellent. Rooms are comfortable but ours could do with some refreshing as far as decor etc was concerned. Free bus servire to the beaches was very helpful, as it would take too long to walk it. Nighttime entertainment good for the kids, and the staff do try and get people involved.
