Very enjoyable stay at this immaculate hotel. Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Location is superb, right on the beach and lovely large pool with adjoining good size children's pool. The entertainment was in the main, very professional. Food was buffet style, continuously replenished so very fresh and varied. We would definitely return.

Just spent a week at this hotel and can honestly say best we have ever stayed at. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and cant do enough for you. We had a seaview which was beautiful, the hotel is right on the beach so you have choice of that or the pool. The choice of food is excellent, we stayed all inclusive and the variety of both food and drink (including cocktails!) was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel! The only downside if there is one was the entertainment, it was great for kids but not so for adults, all entertainment finished at 10.00 which was a little early for us.

We stayed at the hotel during the end of may 2015. Here's a detailed review of the experience. STAFF: We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, they go way beyond what you normally get at any other hotel to make you feel welcome. Good job guys! FACILITIES: The beach is right there steps from the hotel and it's a great place to escape from the day to day life. The pools are beautiful but sadly covered with tree shades so it's not really appealing to go swimming. (But good place to relax) I recommend! ROOMS: This is where I warn future guests. The rooms are OK for the price of the hotel, the are spacious, with a bathroom and a small kitchen. But the BEDS! wow... really really uncomfortable beds. The pillows are almost non-existent, so be prepared for a sore back the next morning (or bring your own pillow!) FOOD: Very good. (again for the price of the hotel). We had a full board and I highly recommend it. The buffet is very complete, with all types of food and there's also a beach buffet with a more BBQ array of choices. DRINKS: We also included this in our package. It's ok. LOCATION: The beaches are great, but the area around it I would avoid. Net, I highly recommend it.
4night break to recharge the batteries !!! What a top place to do it , short flight from Liverpool, a warm welcome from reception which was echoed throughout the hotel , fantastic food , always hot...
we stayed at this hotel for a week in April. The staff were very friendly and nice, the views are amazing.. it is right on the beach. we rented an apartment, which was a living room and a bedroom.it even had a small kitchenette, which we hardly used as we were half board, so that breakfast and dinner were included and there was a huge array of dishes for both. we spent the day exploring the island, so ate wherever we were. it has some great features like the lovely swimming pool, a spa on site, there was a kids club that ran all afternoon and you could leave your kids with them, and a kids disco every night followed by grown up entertainment.. and you can rent beach towels from the reception. The one star i took away was because the one rude shock we had was that the drinks were not included in the dinner... while i understand this for alcoholic drinks... we were not big alcohol drinkers.. but the normal fizzy and water were not included either! it seemed a bit steep to pay 5 euros per person to be able to drink water... you could of course order water at the table.. for 2.50 euros for a small bottle.. we did not mind that so much as we were a bit put off.. that this wasn't mentioned when we booked. it would be a great help if the hotel had more information on their website as to what is and what is not included in their half board/ full board options.. so there are no rude shocks.
No need for warm clothes on holidays in Alcudia! In the summer you can expect hot, dry weather with temperatures regularly reaching 30° Celsius and above. The delightful sea breeze will keep hot days from becoming unpleasant so that when you are relaxing on the beach all you need is sun cream and a cool drink and you're good to go.
If you're not too fond of the sun, you would be best visiting Alcudia in the winter months as it is quite mild. However, you should be aware that Majorca does experience some irregular rainfall in the winter period.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
