We have just returned from a 5 night break at this lovely hotel. The staff were excellent and made everyone feel valued. The beach was lovely and the sea was a beautiful turquoise/ blue colour. The food was of a very good standard and the al a carte option was an added bonus. We travelled by bus to the market in old Alcudia- a lovely picturesque town. We also walked to ca'n Picafort and the port of Alcudia. As it was the end of the season it was quite quiet. Some hotels and restaurants were closed. The hotel room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The weather was warm 22-24 degrees Celsius with some cloud.

We have just returned from another very enjoyable and relaxing 2 week holiday at the Parc Natural hotel - thanks to the very attentive, courteous, and friendly staff employed the - and it was very reassuring to see all the same familiar faces! Standards are high, as you would expect for a 5 star rated hotel. Commitment to customer care was tested when we were let down by our tour operator, on departure. Our taxi failed to arrive for the airport transfer ( because of road closures due to an"Ironman" cycle race) and we were advised by the operator to make our own arrangements - effectively leaving us stranded. However, not to be deterred, the hotel reception staff immediately came to our rescue by contacting a local firm who ensured that we arrived at the airport in time for our scheduled flight - thereby avoiding a near disaster! Needless to say we are very much looking forward to returning to the hotel next year - but with a different tour operator!

Whole point of the holiday was to completely relax in quiet luxurious surroundings and we certainly got that! Went with my daughter and spent most days relaxing by the beautiful pool in clean and pretty surroundings. Staff all very helpful, I found the pool service for drinks good but I see others found it slow. Room was spotless and spacious. Food outstanding. Only downside for us was the location....hotel in no mans land really, need to get taxis to Alcudia or C'an Piccafort for night life or even a promenade walk. Think free water should be provided in the restaurant in the evening. Would definately stay here again...maybe next year.

We are: me, my old mother and small baby. We were in this hotel 2 weeks. We lived in suite 3006 on the first floor. I write the room number because we had a terrible incident!! At 4 a.m. some man jumped to our balcony and tried to go inside. Luckily my mother waked up at this time and screamed and this guy run away! My mother didn't sleep all night!! It was horrible! In the morning I went to reception and told them what happened! They have a camera on territory and they saw that man! The management of hotel was "really sorry", BUT why 5 stars hotel don't have security service!!! How is it possible?!? Everyone can come to hotel territory from sea, from reception... You can not feel yourself in safe!
No need for warm clothes on holidays in Alcudia! In the summer you can expect hot, dry weather with temperatures regularly reaching 30° Celsius and above. The delightful sea breeze will keep hot days from becoming unpleasant so that when you are relaxing on the beach all you need is sun cream and a cool drink and you're good to go.
If you're not too fond of the sun, you would be best visiting Alcudia in the winter months as it is quite mild. However, you should be aware that Majorca does experience some irregular rainfall in the winter period.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
