Promoter: This promotion is organised by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“Promoter” or “OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion.

How to enter:

To enter, participants must: visit https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/gcse-testand answer the GCSE question correctly.

The promotion opens 05.05.26 until 26.06.26 (inclusive). Entries received before or after this time will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. Multiple entries will be accepted until correct answer identified.

Prize: Each entrant who submits the correct answer will receive a £50 On the Beach UK credit voucher.

The following terms apply to the Prize:

Winner must have or create an account with OTB to claim the credit voucher. Winner will receive an email notification confirming they have won. Credit voucher will be automatically applied to OTB account within 72 hours of submitting the correct answer.

Credit voucher can be redeemed against any OTB UK package holiday (including flights and accommodation) for 2 adults minimum departing and returning between 27.06.26 and 17.07.26 (inclusive) for any duration, any board type and to any destination listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app. Holiday must depart and return within these dates. Some dates may not be available for the winner to book which will be made known to the winner at the time of booking.

Credit voucher cannot be redeemed against hotel only, cruise or group bookings.

The credit voucher is valid for use by the recipient only. Recipient must be logged into the same account as the one the credit voucher was applied to.

The credit voucher must be redeemed by 12.07.26 for travel departing and returning between 27.06.26 and 17.07.26 (inclusive). No extension is possible.

Credit voucher must be applied at the time of booking. Credit Voucher cannot be retrospectively applied.

The credit voucher can be used against one booking only. It must be redeemed in full (partial redemption not permitted) and can only be used against bookings where the balance of the holiday exceeds the stated credit voucher value.

The credit voucher will be applied to the total amount of the holiday and cannot be used against the deposit.

If the future OTB package holiday booking is cancelled after voucher redemption, the credit voucher will not be refunded, nor can it be applied to a different booking.

Credit voucher is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Credit voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. OTB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

OTB reserves the right to cancel and reclaim the value of the credit voucher for breach of these terms including, without limitation, where the credit voucher is transferred.

OTB are not responsible for any credit voucher that is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission.

Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of the credit voucher (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner.

The voucher is not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.

By entering, you consent to such information being disclosed on request. Entrants must ensure their entry complies with all applicable laws and regulations. It must not contain any illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate material. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which do not comply with these requirements.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason.The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social network.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Bookings made using the Prize are subject to the Promoter’s separate Terms of Business which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”), and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers which are available on request. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged over 18 or over.Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions.The winner and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.The winner and their travel companions are responsible for informing OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements required for the customer and/or any travel companions when making a booking, and adhering to any applicable health and safety guidelines.Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in a Prize being cancelled or withdrawn.
