‘Winter Fuel Escape’ Terms and Conditions


Promoter: This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.


What is the ‘Winter Fuel Escape’ promotion?


This promotion is available on a first come first served basis.  There are two identical package holidays available consisting of:

  • A 28-night stay for two persons aged 66 or over at the 5* Ramada Resort Lara in Antalya, Turkey on an all-inclusive board basis for £20 per person per night;

  • Flights from London Gatwick on Tuesday 5th November;

  • In-resort transfers to and from Antalya Airport;

  • One piece of hold luggage (max 20kg) per passenger; and

  • Fast Track Security Passes, UK Airport Lounge Access and Mobile Data Passes (together the “Holiday”)

  • To participate in the promotion, the Customer must email: press@onthebeach.co.uk with ‘Winter Fuel Escape’ as the subject line of their email.  The email must contain the following details for both of the proposed passengers:

    • their name(s),

    • Address; and

    • D.O.B

  • It is not possible to enter this Winter Fuel Escape promotion via telephone or on our website.

Other terms:

  • The Customer and their travel companion must both be aged 66 or over and be UK residents to participate in this promotion.

  • The Holiday must be taken between 5th November 2024 – 3rd December 2024. No changes or variations are permitted.

  • The Customer is responsible for payment of £560 per person which must be made at the point of booking.

  • We only have 2 Holidays available in this promotion and bookings are available while stocks last.

  • The Customer and their travel companion are responsible for any charges for food, beverages or services which apply outside of the all-inclusive board basis.   

  • Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes  will be the responsibility of the Customer and their travel companions.

  • Each   Holiday   is   subject   to   OTB’s   terms   and   conditions   which   can   be   found   at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the Holiday (such as accommodation providers and airlines).

  • Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to a Qualifying Holiday after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

  • The Customer and their travel companion are responsible for:

    • Travel to and from Gatwick Airport;

    • ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel;

    • holding all adequate travel insurance policies; and

    • complying with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.

  • This promotion is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.  

  • This promotion is subject to availability.

  • No cash equivalent will be given.

  • OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
