Promoter: This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period: This promotion is a monthly prize draw which starts on Friday 29th May 2026 00:01 (“Start Date”) and ends on Sunday 31st March 23:59 (“End Date”).

Eligibility: To enter this promotion, participants must:

  • Book an On the Beach package holiday within the promotional period 

  • The holiday must be a package holiday. Hotel only bookings do not qualify.

Prizes: 1 Prize available to be won during the promotional period. Prize is a cash refund of the cost of the participant’s booking in this time period (“Booking”) up to a maximum value of £3000 (“Maximum Value”). 

Winner selection and notification: 

  • One eligible participant will be randomly selected

  • The winner will be notified via the email that was used to make the booking within 5 working days of the competition closing

Prize Terms:

  • The following terms apply to the Main Prize:

  • The Booking must be active and have not been cancelled at the time the refund is applied. 

  • The refund applies regardless of whether the winner has already travelled on the Booking. 

  • Where a Booking has been paid in full, the winner will receive a refund of the price paid up to the Maximum Value.

  • Where a Booking has been paid via a payment plan, any payments already made in respect of the Booking will be refunded and any remaining balance will be written off by OTB up to the Maximum Value. 

  • If the Booking exceeds the Maximum Value, the winner will only be refunded up to the Maximum Value and any remaining amounts will still be payable. 

  • The refund will be made to the last card used on the Booking. 

  • The refund will only apply to the original booking and will not apply to any changes and / or extras purchased after booking.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. OTB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

  • OTB reserves the right to cancel and reclaim the value of any prize for breach of these terms.

  • OTB are not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission

General:

  • OTB may withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time. 

  • OTB’s decision in respect of any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence with be entered into about it. 

  • Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of any Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner.

  • OTB accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason. 

  • Bookings are subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking (such as accommodation providers and airlines).

  • Any optional purchases or supplements such as seat reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.

  • OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in a Prize being cancelled or withdrawn.  OTB’s decision(s) regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  • OTB will process personal data in line with its privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing any booked holiday.  

  • The winners’ surname and respective counties of residence (if known) for each Main Prize can be obtained by sending an email to Winners@onthebeach.co.uk. By entering, you consent to such information being disclosed on request. 

  • Subject to the below paragraph, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion. 

  • Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation. 

  • These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
