Promoter
1. This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“On the Beach” or “OTB”). Co-Promoter: Seven Bro7hers whose registered office is Unit 63 Waybridge Industrial Estate, Daniel Adamson Road, Salford, England, M50 1DS.
2. By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
3. If you have made a Qualifying Booking (defined below), you will be able to claim 1 x free Bacon Butty Remixed, Sausage Butty Remixed or Veggie Barm (“Breakfast Item”) and 1 x free 330ml can of Breakfas7 Brew beer (“Beer”) per person aged over 18+ at Amber Alehouse in T2 Manchester Airport on the day of departure.
4. You must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of the UK to participate in this promotion.
5. ‘Qualifying Booking’ means a booking which meets all of the following requirements:
Order must be for a holiday (package or hotel only) which flies from T2 Manchester Airport between 25th October and 4th November 2024 (inclusive) to any destination with On the Beach; and
Order must remain active at the time of redeeming this promotion.
How to claim
6. You must show your MYB number at Amber Alehouse when ordering to redeem this promotion. OTB and the Co-Promoter reserve the right to check your eligibility and verify your age for this promotion.
Availability
7. This promotion, Beer and Breakfast Items are subject to availability. Maximum 1 x Breakfast Item and 1 x Beer per person aged 18+ within the booking.
General
8. Any additional items purchased at Amber Alehouse are excluded from this promotion and must be paid for separately.
9. This offer is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. OTB and the Co-Promoter will decide in their sole discretion whether a customer has already received the offer under this promotion and their decision is final.
10. The Beer and Breakfast Items are provided on an “as is basis” and is non-exchangeable. No cash equivalent will be given by OTB or the Co-Promoter if you choose not to redeem this promotion.
11. Subject to paragraph 12, neither OTB nor the Co-Promoter shall be liable for any loss you suffer arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion.
12. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB or the Co-Promoter (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s or the Co-Promoter’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.
13. OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.
15. The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with OTB’s privacy policy. OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion (and such use will include transferring personal information to the Co-Promoter or our third-party sub-contractors for the purposes of administering this promotion).
16. OTB’s standard booking conditions apply to bookings, please refer to our terms of business and the other terms and conditions displayed as part of the booking journey.
17. These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
