How do I claim my Ryanair Refund?

If you've received an email from Ryanair stating that you're entitled for a refund for your flight, due to a major change or cancellation, here's what you need to do.

  • Log in to your My Bookings account

  • Click 'View and Manage Booking' on the relevant holiday booking

  • Scroll to 'Your Flights' and click 'Update Flight Information'

You can then choose from the below two options:

  • Have On the Beach find you an alternative flight with a different airline

  • Cancel your entire holiday booking and get a full refund within 14 days

Sunshine Bookings

If you've received an email from Ryanair stating that you're entitled for a refund for your flight, due to a major change or cancellation, here's what you need to do.

  • Log in to your My Sunshine account

  • Click 'View and Manage Booking' on the relevant holiday booking

  • Select ‘Live Chat’ from the manage booking menu

  • Click 'Chat with us' to start a chat

  • Select 'Flight Schedule Changes' from the options

  • Select 'Ryanair Flight Refund'

You can then choose from the below two options and submit your request through our chat bot:

  • Have Sunshine find you an alternative flight with a different airline

  • Cancel your entire holiday booking and get a full refund within 14 days
