So we want to reassure you that your money is safe with us - so now all you need to do is get that airport outfit sorted, pack the sun cream and get excited for that wonderful week away. Here’s why you’re safe with us;

  • We're ATOL protected - This means that all flight-inclusive package holidays are covered financially, should anything happen to us. You’ll be able to return home safely or receive a full refund if your holiday is unable to go ahead.
  • We use a secure trust account - When you book a holiday with us, your money is held in a trust account that we are unable to access until you return from your holiday. This also means that, should we need to refund your money, we can do so more easily - and always in cash. Peace of mind, ey?
  • We offer flexible payment options - When you book your holiday, you have the option to pay monthly, pay in instalments or pay in full. So you can pay the way you want, without any admin fees.

Your jollies are the time to leave every care in the world behind. We want you to live your best life, forget the every day and squeeze every last drop of fun out of your time in the sun. That’s why we’re here should you need us. Because sometimes you just need to speak to someone - whether it’s a question, compliment or complaint, we’re here for it all. That’s why we;

  • Have a local rate phone number - We think your hard-earned holiday spends should be saved for that first airport beer or an extra ice cream (even though it's only 10am) - not call charges!
  • We have 24-hour in-resort support - Our dedicated in-resort line is open 24-hours a day. So we really are just a phone call away!
  • We’re rated 4.5 on Trustpilot - We’re open, honest and love to hear genuine feedback. That’s why we encourage all customers to leave us a review. Don’t just take our word for it - take a look at what others are saying over on the Trustpilot website.

✔ Cash refunds - always

It goes without saying, but we’ll refund you in full and in cash within 14 days (as required by consumer law) if:

  • You are unable to travel as you have to quarantine at your destination
  • There is a national lockdown that makes travel illegal
  • Your holiday is cancelled by us because of Covid

✔ Free changes

Need to make a change? Don’t sweat it – we won’t charge any On the Beach amendment fees should your chosen destination become Covid-affected. Please note, supplier charges may still apply.
