I stop there in June this year it is what you pay for. I could not lock my patio doors, Toilet hanging off the wall, Shower doors was broken so the floor kept getting flooded. They never had many towels to clean it up. Secondly I had a generator under my room that made a noise all night I didn't sleep for 14 nights. Ask at the desk if I could moved but didn't move me made me angry and irritated my hole holiday. Third there put dirty sheets on my bed meaning excrement I also went to the desk to ask about his staff did nothing again. At the last minuet they charged me £60 as I was late checking in yet wasn't told. Al-through the food and drink was cheap and ok it was still an expensive. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars maybe one at a push. To round up the holiday it was a was of money, time and emotional.

The Han Palace is a old hotel. However my room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels every second day. The towels were always arranged on the bed in the shape of a love heart or floral arrangement. The cleaners were very friendly. The staff were friendly and help full. The restaurant was poor. one table at the front always had ants running over it. If i can see this then so can they. I would not eat there as if they allow this to go unchecked then what else do they allow to go unchecked in the kitchen. The swimming pool was well maintained morning and night. In the evening the barman was always trying to get you to sit at the bar and buy drink or food. But this is how all of the bars and restaurants operate in Marmaris. I would not go back to Turkey, although i had a good time. The men have no respect for women. and they have no respect for there own religion.

Went to push them together and someone's flip flop was left behind. Goes to show the rooms weren't up to scratch. Staff were ok to you if you spent your money there. Never bothered talking much if u didn't. Pool was very clean and nice to be in. Apart from ashtrays were over flowing all day. Wouldn't get emptied. That's the worst place I've stayed at in Marmaris.

han palace i think this is a 3 start hotel, i think it just about scrapes 3 stars, the room and cleanliness was reasonable, but the bathroom was very very small, flimsy shower walls, shower is very small, shower floor is quite dirty, bathroom floor is not exactly dirty but it could be a little cleaner, when booking the room we basicly begged to have double bed so i could share a bed with my girlfriend but we got two small single beds.... The room got hot at night ( obviously) BUT the air con cost £30 a week!!!, when we first got into our room the electric didn't work but it got sorted within 20min which is fair enough. tv is very very small and only has two english speaking channel which is american business news and English news, which was constantly repeated the same 5 hours for the whole week i was there BORING. this holiday i had was my first holiday without my family so i wasnt not expecting much paying i think £80 for the week, BUT we had to leave our room at 12pm in the afternoon but our flight was at 12am in the night!! so we had to pay £50 to stay in our room even tho it thought we paid for the WHOLE DAY, i dont know if this is normal or not but it did p**s me off. overall i would say it was a 5/10, because it was a cheap holiday i cant expect too much but next time i will save up and stay somewhere nicer, but if you are looking for a cheap room just to sleep and wash in, hann palace is ok i guess. ( in a very good location, and you have to pay loads to use the hotel phone!!)
Marmaris is pretty much permanently warm. Even winter days rarely go below 10° Celsius, and the height of summer sees the thermometer shoot above 30° Celsius. The water temperature is conducive to swimming in the light blue sea, and from May to October you're guaranteed no rain - so pack your Factor 30! One thing's for sure: if it's sun, sea and sand you want, Marmaris holidays are just the ticket.
