Just back from 11 days at the Green Nature Resort and Spa, definately not 5 star, rooms in need of updating beds were brick hard, food very repetative and not a great choice for children. It was supposed to be all inclusive but if you wanted a cooked English Breakfast you had to pay 2.50 and if you wanted a drink after midnight you had to pay as well. My daughter and I went to the spa for the Turkish Bath and massage it was brilliant would recommend that. The waiters and most of the staff were very pleasant. Could only get Wifi in reception area.

Marmaris is of course one of the best destinations you can travel with endless number of bays and excellent nightlife. The hotel was very good in terms of food and not to my expectations I terms of entertainment. This facility deserves better maintenance and service, we saw broken door handles on the balcony door which is not the best you expect from 5 star facility. It took us 2 nights to get a pillow which we needed for our kid. Another thing was that we had to buy our own shampoo and shower gel as this was not provided by facility and despite of several calls to service we could not get them although they were always saying that in some minutes they are coming to bring the things. Next time in Marmaris I would avoid to go to an all inclusive facility as you must anyway go out not to miss chance to see excellent bays and enjoy nightlife outside.

Myself, my partner and our 3 year old daughter arrived around midnight, and were shown to our 'pool view room' that we had booked. It was on the other side of the hotel over looking the road, and had the air conditioning system amongst other things directly below the balcony that made an awful noise pretty much every 2 minutes! We complained straight away, and were told there were no other rooms available, when we refused to be live this and persisted that we were not staying in the room we were given, one miraculously became available with a view of the pool so we were moved.... I could not have spent a week in that room (avoid room 1111!). Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom ok, although the bath plug seemed to be blocked, and an awful smell came when it was slowly draining. We did tell reception about this a few times but was never sorted, so we just lived with it. Rooms cleaned and made up every day with fresh towels etc which was great, housekeeping staff were lovely! Wifi only works near reception and by the pool, but I didn't necessarily need it anyway. Food was nice enough, there was a wide variety of choices each day, and always different things.... I would say that children may struggle to eat anything other than chips pasta and pasta sauce... Maybe some of the meat choices, but there is a really reasonably priced restaurant one floor up if they are really struggling. With the hotel being so big and at near full capacity while we were there, it was rammed come meal times, with massive queues, it felt a bit like cattle being herded at times, but the queues moves at a reasonable pace. Resturant Staff were pleasant and helpful, although the older guy on the Resturant bar could do with smiling once in a while! Nice pool area which was cleaned every day, with a lot of loungers, although the cliche of getting up at 5am to save a lounger with your towel was no joke here, so if your staying peak season, make sure to set your alarm! Had a great section with slides which my daughter loved. Entertainment staff seemed really good , although again with so many people there and about 6 of them it was difficult for them to try to include everyone, so I feel the hotel should seek to employ more entertainment staff. Kids club run by two really lovely girls, mini disco was good, and the entertainment we did see was enjoyable. The hotel is well situated, with lots near by and about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. As I say, we had a nice time, but have experienced better, and have learnt not to stay in such a big hotel in future.

Just back from a fabulous family holiday in the green nature resort and spa. The hotel is great, it's spotless which is no mean feat considering the size. We stayed in a family room in the main hotel which consists of two adjoining rooms without doors so perfect if You have younger kids as they are never out of sight. Maid service is great, clean bed sheets and towels every day and fridge stocked with water. The range of food is great and you certainly won't go hungry. The ques can get quite big but thats to be expected, never had to Wait more than 5 mins for a table and the waiting staff have the tables cleaned in seconds. Would defo recommend the spa,see nico who'll sort you out, (nice, genuine guy) £35 for the turkish bath deal which includes 5 treatments and they sort the kids with a free chocolate face mask so they have fun while you are relaxing. The pools are great with baby pools for the wee ones and 3 slides for the older kids (and adults). Plenty of sun beds although you need to be up early to get one at the main pool as this is where the entertainment takes place. Entertainment team are full of energy and work their socks off, always with a smile. Can't fault them. Kids can party at night in the safe hands of the staff in the amphitheatre, where they have a disco and play games.(too uncool for my 9 year old son but my daughter loved it) the bar is right next door, see Alec the barman who looked after us the whole time, didn't need to leave our seats and the kids loved him. Again, the staff work 16-18 hour shifts so a wee tip is appreciated. There is a show in the ampitheatre every night at 10pm, some excellent, some ok. If your looking for photos, these can be done onsite. See Antonio who took ours, lovely guy and excellent photographer. If your looking for excursions, see sonny at Mr travel agent which is 5 minutes walk down from the bottom gate of the hotel, brilliant with the kids and can guarantee some fabulous days out, especially jeep safari (best day of my son's life apparently) be prepared to get wet as there is a massive water fight. My husband and son really enjoyed the quads too, be prepared to get muddy! All in all had a fantastic time and will defo return. 😁😁😁 gutted to be home.
