We went as a family of four with our older teenagers / young adults and were all looking for a relaxing holiday and hoped for 5 star luxury. The Kefaluka did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left, the hotel and it's staff did not put a foot wrong.Great rooms, food, service, facilities and view. Thank you.

We have just got back from our holiday at the Kefaluka and it was amazing. It is a very well run hotel, the staff were fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The food in the restaurant was varied with a lot of options for everyone. They did a weekly Turkish night which was lovely especially the doner meat. Our waiter(Yashar) where we ate was fantastic was always friendly and even though his English is limited always greeted us and always on hand to help. The entertainment was great loads of activities to do for both adults and children, the team also did a nightly show at the amphitheatre which were great. The entertainment team was fantastic as well shout out to Vaco,Yusuf, Sally,Tayeun,Ismail,Damla,Ozge from the entertainment team they always entertained our family from doing the activities or just speaking to us as we always had a great laugh with them. The team also didn't keep bothering you if you didn't want to do an activity which was nice. The view from the room was amazing as you were over looking Kos and the Aegean Sea. The swimming pools were great and surprisingly not as cold as I thought and they are a one level so there's no 'deep' end there is also a kiddy pool and the pool were the slides are isn't deep. Ice-Cream was lovely especially the caramel flavour. The bar on B1 is very nice to go to after dinner as they have these massive orange chairs but it does get busy so sometimes you might not get a seat but there are other places to go. The rooms were clean to a high standard when we returned from the pool etc. The mini bar was always topped up daily with fresh drinks as well. The only thing I will say is that the air con in our room wasn't that powerful and because we went in August it was really hot at night but I don't want to end on that note so... We would 100% come back to the Kefaluka. I would recommend to anyone going to Turkey.

This has got to be the best holiday we have had in a long time. The hotel is situated in a secluded bay set as a backdrop against the mountains. Everything about the hotel was perfect, from the greeting at reception, the food in the restaurant, the bar staff in the lobby, pool bar and on the pier and a particular mention to the bar man in the wine bar who looked after us every night (please visit the wine bar as I do not feel that it gets enough customers due to its location) Rooms were excellent, all with sea views which was absolutely stunning. We hired a pavilion for the day and had our own personal butler. This is a must if you fancy a day of privacy, peace and quiet. Pools were clean and drinks were brought round to you at your sunbeds (tea, coffee, cocktails) and there were never a lack of sunbeds (we visited in July). The animation staff always had time to stop and chat (and try to get you to join in but never pushed if you were chilling. Definitely a place to visit and we will be back soom

We have just returned yesterday from a two week holiday at this resort and I felt compelled to write my first TripAdvisor review to express how much praise I have for this hotel. The resort really does have something for everyone, three of us traveled, two adults and our five year old daughter and we were always occupied. The staff are the hardest working people we have ever come across but always were accommodating and smiling. The resort is big so it does take a day or two settle in but once you are familiar with all the activities, restaurants and the resorts facilities you can just settle back and enjoy. The food was varied and very good quality which catered to everyone's tastes. We used the Spa and it was sensibly priced and the treatments were amazing and all three of us did a family package which was just perfect. The entertainment was well polished and top quality with always something happening day and night and children are welcome and always included at every event. The animation team were the best I have ever come across and they genuinely do keep the resort fun but are never pushy or irritating. Special mention must go to Vaxo who is the funniest guy I have ever met without over doing it. The hotel is clean and professionally ran and the rooms are modern and well appointed. The views over Kos and the bay is amazing and a lovely sight to wake up to every morning. A ten minute walk around the bay is a small village with a few shops and restaurants which is worth a visit. We also visited Turgutreis and Bodrum both are clean, safe and I would recommend an visit to either or both to anyone for the shopping, culture and the beautiful harbors. Bodrum Airport is also very organised no crazy queues, air-conditioned, very modern and the security was reassuringly through and professional. I have seen reviews about the transfer been over an hour but it took us about 45 minutes and we enjoyed it as the views and been able to see some of the surrounding area was a pleasure so the time flew by. I could go on and on singing the hotel and countries praises but I will leave it there and just say I had some reservations about visiting Turkey but after our outstanding holiday we will be putting it at the top of our list for next year.
