• Buffet at Royal Restaurant? Yes, please. Don't forget to go al fresco at Garden 89 and Attalia. The fresh air’s on us.

• You've got six bars to choose from – lobby, pool, beach, disco... the list goes on. But heads up - not everything's open in winter.

• The schedule? Breakfast and lunch at Royal, with some options at Attalia. Dinner's over at Garden 89.

• Keep an eye out for the sweet stuff: ice cream, fruit, Turkish pancakes, and of course, tea and cakes from Café Keyif.

• Mexico's a la carte restaurant? Yup, it's fancy. But remember to book ahead.

• Drinks: they've got a killer range. But remember, the really top-shelf stuff might cost a bit extra.

Just a heads up that for the end-of-year Gala Dinner, kiddos aged 3-7 can enjoy a separate kids gala dinner for free, or to join the grown-ups it's full price.
