This hotel is beautiful. I wouldn't change the look. The entertainment team are great and staff are lovely.unfortunately there were a few problems with food, it wasn't very nice if you were all inclusive so me and my partner ate out most nights. There was a problem with watered down alcohol or running out of vodka... Unless of course you were paying !! But that is all I could fault the hotel on. It is extremely clean and full of happiness. I'd go back :-)
A friend and I came here for a week and honestly didn't have high expectations! However we have had the most amazing time! The hotel pool and lobby is beautify (which is great as it's the only place...
Stayed at Amir Palace Hotel, from the 24th June til 1st July, unfortunately we were here during the terrorist attack however we have to applaud the staff on how they handled the situation in the surrounding hotels. The entertainment staff made us feel very safe and helped to take our minds off of it. Bilel, Ahmed, Mohamed and Ramos were very good in dealing with all of us, keeping us occupied with pool parties and water polo. We saw lots of travel reps in the hotel in the following days offering early flights home for those who wanted them. We decided to stay and try to enjoy the rest of our holiday. The excursions offered by the hotel were really fun and good for what we paid. I highly recommend the Pirate ship where we saw dolphins, were able to swim in the sea and were cooked a meal whilst we were aboard. Paragliding and Jet Skiing are two things that my friend and I recommend you do whilst visiting Tunisia!!
Me and my wife went there for our 2 year wedding anniversary in all fairness it does need a little bit of work but what we paid we didn't expect the ritz the staff were great the entertainment team...
A friend and I came here for a week and honestly didn't have high expectations! However we have had the most amazing time! The hotel pool and lobby is beautify (which is great as it's the only place to get wifi!). We have been able to go on so many excision such as camel riding and a pirate ship. However due to the drama in Sousse we didn't go quad biking but the entertainment team ( ahmed,Nina , bilel, Ramos ,Mohamed , khwan) made us feel more than at ease joking around and taking our minds off it all.. It did not ruin our holiday at all and we will be coming back next year!
I have just returned from a week at the Amir Palace .Having been to Tunisia four times before my partner and I chose this hotel for a change. Well a big mistake the bedroom was large but the carpet...
