Yet another memorable sun drenched holiday in Puerto Pollensa. The holiday experience was enhanced by our choice of hotel, the wee gem that is the Villa Singala.. Josef the manager, who is quite excellent, has moulded a fine team around him, friendly and very efficient. Our room, facing the mountains was spotless, had sufficient wardrobe space for two, and the bonus a quite spacious balcony. The Singala has enhanced its facilities since our last stay, the installation of a lift to all floors is a welcome addition for the more mature guests. The breakfasts are good, but a hot plate would be a big plus. However,a hundred yards from the beach, 10 minutes along the Pine Walk to the town centre, the Singala desrves all the praise it is attracting.

Booked for a weeks holiday in the sun. Managed to get the junior suite which recently opened.Absolutely wonderful and room was large and comfy, view from the room was picturesque. A well run hotel with very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Breakfast was a buffet style and was a great way to start the day. Near to all the bars and restaurants which were a short stroll down the pine walk. Beach was only a minute away and was clean and safe for swimmers of all ages. Cannot fault our choice of hotel, would highly recommend.

Just returned from a short break to the Hotel set back away from the main area of Puerto de Pollensa. What a find, from the manager ( Josep ) to the latest recruit you could not find a better quality of staff. Nothing was too much trouble but then you would find it hard to complain as in our opinion everything could not have been better. The bedrooms are small in comparison to some hotels but as we spend most of our time out of the room where is the problem. Tea & coffee making facilities are included along with a fridge ( actually paid for this service at a higher grade of hotel ), the only other expense was a small charge for the safe. We can understand why people return to this hotel, we met a lot of lovely people who regularly returned and we will now be among them. It is a quiet hotel in a quiet location suitable for couples who are looking for a relaxed holiday. A short walk along the "Pine Walk" into Puerto de Pollensa ( 20mins) you are met with a big choice of where do we eat. Try the "Stay Restaurant" in the harbour, "Dakota" in the main square to name but a few. Thanks a million Josep for a super holiday.

We stayed for a week in June 2015 and found the hotel just perfect in every way. It's small and friendly, clean with modern decor in the rooms, the staff are exceptionally helpful, especially Josef the manager. The room we had wasn't large, but it had everything you needed and was pleasant and well appointed. We had a room on the side overlooking the sea (between the apartments across the street) and it had a very nice balcony, so we were very pleased with it. The hotel's location was perfect for us. It is situated just a step away from the sea at the far end of the pine walk. It's a pleasant stroll to the centre with all the shops and restaurants - it was delightful to return in the evenings to the tranquillity of Villa Singala.
