Our 2nd visit to Villa Singala was just as good as our first. A small hotel with a family feel means that you instantly feel at home. Josep and his staff can't do enough for you but in such a way that it isn't over the top. Would def recommend this hotel if you're a couple looking for a chilled out and relaxing holiday,

I stayed here with my daughter for one night as we had an apt booked for the week. The man on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. It's a lovely quaint hotel on the pine walk just 2 minutes from the beach! The pool area is quite with plenty of free sun beds. I got the impression that a lot of guests were return visitors. I would return😊

I'm 47 (that was middle aged when I was a kid!) my partner is 48 and the kids are 16 and 18. its all been said about this little gem of a hotel so I'm just going to say what we like and hope that helps anyone in any decision making. The staff are truly wonderful, they are ALL ready with a smile and a laugh. The hotel is spotlessly clean and yes it's true ........ Joseph is a delight. This is our first time in the hotel and I genuinely believe that we have been treated like we've been coming here for twenty years. Breakfast is basic as previously mentioned but for a buffet breakfast it's the cleanest and most well maintained I've seen for a long time. We've alternated, breakfast here one day then off to strip the next. We like the sea for swimming so only went to the hotel pool to cool off, small but again spotlessly clean and well maintained. The sea is around a pretty corner and in you go......lush! ....... as us 'Middle aged' folk are meant to say. Tip: take bread into sea and feed the fish, even better with snorkel. Location - we like to dip in and out of the buzz of the pine walk. Hoards of people in procession can (on occasion) get on our nerves ...... Hot get out of our way sort of thing! lol. Hotel singala gives you that peace and tranquility away from the hussle and bussle whilst turning a corner from hotel takes you back into it all. Isn't that perfect? Take it or leave it. Our magaluf 'party bus' days are long behind us, but trust me ...... This is not a hotel for the elderly and I saw no preferential treatment of regulars. The staff were amazing with us all. One last thing (and keep it to yourselves) I've decided to smuggle Joseph back to UK and bring him out for parties and celebrations. Don't tell him though as I think he quite likes it here! Adios amigos x

We have just returned from a weeks stay at hotel singala. The hotel is lovely, it's a clean, well managed friendly little gem of a place. The owner, Josef, is a friendly, helpful man. The hotel is very popular with older Scottish folk. Breakfast was adequate, a small continental affair. Rooms are very clean, we had room 114 with a balcony facing the pool, lovely view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is good, it's situated towards the far end of the pine walk, a pleasant 20 minutes still into town. The sun bed situation isn't bad, people are respectful and don't reserve them at dawn and tend to remove towels when going for lunch etc. Good wifi. If I'm being completely honest, this place was a little quiet for us. Silence round the pool all day and no music in the bar at night. But I get that's probably how the majority like it. We tended to pop over the road for a night cap to store formentor (decent atmosphere - shocking service most of the time!) Would definitely recommend it for a quiet break in a great location. Great value.
