Went on holiday with my husband our 3 children aged 3-8, my 15 year old sister in law, my mum and dad and 10 year old brother.... Quite a mix of ages there but every single one of us loved it! The hotel staff were so friendly, from reception to the waiters and bar staff, always smiling and very helpful. The food in my opinion was lovely, i loved the salad variety an the meat was delicious each time. I only ate in the outside bar once or twice as it was always the same but as we ate in the indoor restaurant 3 times a day there was always a lot of variety and i enjoyed all the food. My kids tried lots of different things too, and loved the deserts! Unlimited slush puppies are amazing for kids too, i lived off of them as did all 9 of us! Rooms cleaned everyday- i literally cant fault the hotel i was really happy with it. Kids clubs.... Loved them both, hotel run were friendly and really enthusiastic, Thomas cook one wad great for getting kids out of the sun and i felt they were safe in their club room. I will definitely go again

We had a very enjoyable holiday - but I think this was rather down to the company we kept and the weather appose to the hotel itself. Negatives: -When we arrived at 9.30ish we was told the room was not ready, we went back an hour later and was advised it would be ready at 12, when we went back just before 12 we was told there was a mistake and it will not be ready until 2pm. This was extremely frustrating as we wasted the whole of our first day sitting around waiting for our room. The gentleman on the reception was quite helpful - when it got to 2pm to sort out our room and we was offered a free bottle of Cava - this was a gesture of good will however when we are in an all inclusive hotel where Cava is included on the menu it can also be taken as a little insulting. - The hotel is extremely noisy, as a young couple you would not expect this to bother us however the noise was extremely loud .... ALL NIGHT/MORNING. The majority of the noise was coming from the hotel across "the pool" when partiers were arriving back all throughout the night, chanting, screaming and singing. On top of this, the noise in the actual hotel was also quite loud - with children awake and crying at all hours. ---Further to this - the first few days we arrived, there was road works directly outside the hotel all day - luckily we were placed in a room on the other side of the hotel but this would have been unfortunate for those placed on this side of the building. ---There was bin trucks and maintenance being carried out of the hotel all day, so it was difficult to enjoy the pool with so much noise constantly. This being further to the large groups of girls and boys on partying holidays staying at the hotel. - We was put in a room that was said to have a pool view - the view was of the bar, the noisy hotel across from us and a small partition of the pool - the balcony which you could never go out on because it was not secluded in the slightest and could be seen by all. - The room was not cleaned to a very high standard, there was always sand all over the floor - even when we did not go to the beach a single day of our hotel. There was also sand in the shower. - Every morning, we had to set an alarm otherwise we would not have got a sun bed by the pool. We have no idea how early people must have been going down - but we went down for 8 and we was at least 15 people back in the queue. The doors do not open until half 8 - by which time the queue is half way around the building. Positives: - Extremely handy to have a snack bar,the majority of the hotel guests around the pool seemed to get there lunch from here rather than going up to the restaurant. The food was a little repetitive as it was chips and burgers everyday but it served the purpose of a snack bar. - Self service soft drinks made it a lot easier to get a drink and 9 times out of 10 you never had to queue to get a drink. The self service included coke, diet coke, fanta lemon, fanta orange, sprite, tonic water, water, orange juice, pineapple juice, chocolate milk and the one that seemed to impress most was the slush machine (although this seemed to have stopped working several times during the holiday and was coming out watery). - You could get ice cream and ice lollys from the pool bar - this was a big favourite! - The selection of food on the evening was very good most nights, we stayed for 7 nights and there was something different each night. You tended to have a choice of meat, vegetable or pasta. Most evenings there was paella which was delicious. The breakfast was the same each morning but was to a high standard. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday because I guess a holiday is what you make of it but I would not recommend the hotel or the package from the holiday provider as a whole.

If you want to visit in the cooler months you can still expect plenty of Mediterranean sunshine and temperatures around 20° Celsius but be aware that there may be a few rain showers.
