This was my 2nd year staying at this hotel my 1st being in sept 2013, the hotel is great for kids my 3 year old son loved the pools and the entertainment. The food was lovely and there was always something different on every nite. The hotel is up a hill u basically go down one side and u are in magaluf and Palma nova is down the other so apart from the hill the location is perfect although we would alway walk down it into Palma nova/magaluf then get a taxi back.

This was our fourth stay as a family and we have seen the hotel improve over the years we have been staying. This year we found they have introduced an a la carte restaurant, which to my disappointment was was Italian and not Spanish - they really are missing a trick here, however, food was ok and better than the buffet dining but a far cry from a la carte. The rooms were adequate and comfortable serviced and cleaned every day. Staff were great and always happy to help. Entertainment of an evening was as you would expect - very cheesy but with the free bar it was passable. You are a 5 minute walk from sandy beeches and it really is a lovely town to visit very clean. The walk back to the hotel is up a steep hill. Would recommend for families.
Summer months are the most popular for Majorca holidays due to the blue skies and sheer amount of sunshine. If you are coming to Palma Nova, you'll be going home with a lovely healthy bronzed tan!
If you want to visit in the cooler months you can still expect plenty of Mediterranean sunshine and temperatures around 20° Celsius but be aware that there may be a few rain showers.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
