Week started excellent kids were loving it, but come midweek when the new influx of guests arrived things got a little crowded for us, food choice is excellent but it all became a little bland by the...
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here 5 nights all inclusive. We arrived very late and hungry to be told they had prepared us a cold tea for our arrival! Very impressed! This hotel is great!! Staff are amazing, rooms are clean, all inclusive is among the best ive had, entertainment can be fun depending on what it is and you're not morbid and can have a giggle! The hotel itself is in a great location, the hill it's located upon isn't as crazy as most people's reviews! Ive got asthma and I didn't find it bad but it's defo a little calf work out if done speedily! The pool area is nice and clean and the kids pool looks exciting for little ones! The staff run competitions for both the adults and the kids through the day. This hotel is great for families, so much so that I hope to return next year with the kiddies in tow!! Genuinely have nothing bad to say about this hotel part from on my last day we were due to fly late and had to check out our room, I had to use the communal toilet and was desperate and didn't realise the cleaner wanted to close it whilst she was cleaning. She was in the males toilet with her cleaning trolley blocking the way so I just squeezed past into the females when she emerged from the males giving me lots of what appeared to be abuse in a very angry manor in Spanish! I tried to explain my situation and that I only spoke English but she just continued to rant at me in her language! Really put a taint to an otherwise amazing hotel stay! All the other cleaners where lovely and happy despite the language barrier. Another note is we were on the first floor (they call it the second floor) and we where woken afew nights from loud shouting and arguments once it was other hotel guests and afew times it was people near the complex that had been drinking. But we slept with out balcony door open and once woken we closed it and it didn't bother us! Air con is good also! I really would recommend this hotel! It's well worth the money we paid without a doubt!! I'm already missing it!!

If you want to visit in the cooler months you can still expect plenty of Mediterranean sunshine and temperatures around 20° Celsius but be aware that there may be a few rain showers.
