We spent 2 weeks at these apartments in Feb 2015. The apartment we had was on the 1st floor, overlooking the pool area. The apartment is a good size, with plenty of space for 2 people. The bathroom was lovely, with a powerful shower, although there were a couple of times the water was not the hottest. The beds were very comfortable (as long as you like firm mattresses which we do.) However, the sheets are not quite big enough for the large mattresses so kept coming off which was annoying. The walls are also thin, so you do hear the neighbours a bit. But apart from that the place is really quiet, and you would never know how close you are to all the bars and restaurants. The kitchen area is ok, but the sitting room area is not very comfy. The sofa was perhaps one of the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on! This would not usually be an issue, but the weather was so awful the first week that we needed to stay in much more than we would have liked in the evenings to keep warm! The choice of TV channels is also very limited for Brits, and everything seems to be more geared up for Germans. The pool area is lovely when the sun eventually shines, although there do not seem to be enough sunbeds for the number of rooms there. The best thing there is the pool bar which has a new barman, Luke. He is excellent and could teach a lot of people about good customer service! Nothing is too much trouble for him, even when he is there for hours with no customers! I hope as the season gets busier he will really do well. (Thanks for the introduction to caramel vodka!) All in all a good destination and a great base to explore the island from.

Stayed here for 18 days from Dec 28th and again cannot fault anything, we have stayed here a few times now and the complex and location are perfect as one of our party is in a wheelchair, Rosario at reception is very helpful and and Antonio keeps the place running smoothly and he is also very friendly remembering and greeting returning guests, the poolside bar is now run by Luke and his service and attention is great, the food is also very good, the best cheesy chips I have tried. We will be back

We stayed in these fantastic little small complex over the Christmas holidays. We requested room number 121 an upstairs apartment, and got it. It was good start to our holiday. Rosario the receptionist is very helpful, and Antonio always makes sure that maintaince is at a high standard, with a friendly smile and with a good sense of humour plus I must mention the cleaning staff are also very efficient and friendly The best newest attraction is the pool bar. Luke is the man that runs this bar., he is very accomdating , efficient, helpful and polite, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His prices are very reasonable and his food is totally yummie. Thanks Luke and thanks to all the staff in the fayna. I have already booked our holiday in March and can't wait.
Lanzarote basks in year-round sunshine and warm temperatures. This Canary Island averages temperatures around 18° Celsius in winter and often rises above 26° Celsius during August's peak season. Soothing Atlantic breezes keep you from getting too hot on holidays in Puerto del Carmen, but don't be deceived; the rays are harmful, so get out the sunscreen and rather than going pink, get tanned!
