Living Areas

The bright dining room comes with fantastic views to the terrace; there is a radio system in the wall where you can connect your own portable CD player. A wood staircase to the lower floor and to the amazing living room, which consists of big comfortable leather sofa, flat screen 47” TV satellite, Home Cinema . Access to Internet. On this floor is located the third bathroom with a Finnish sauna and hydro massage shower.

Fabulous modern kitchen equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electrical coffee maker, kettle, and access to a large storeroom, where the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is located. The views open from the kitchen to views to the terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Each villa consists of 3 modern and bright bedrooms, with built in wardrobes, the main bedroom having a bathroom en suite with a hydro massage shower Jacuzzi and access direct to the terrace.

The second bathroom comes fully equipped with shower and hydro massage as well.

Outside Space

The spacious terrace provides a built in with sink BBQ with a sink, glass and wrought iron terrace table for 6 guests with wicker chairs and comfortable cushions & individual sun beds, all this surrounds the wonderful Munich style heated (supplement payable in Summer),saltwater ( not chlorinated ) swimming pool ( 7 x 3.50 metres) , which will make your holiday unforgettable. A semi-roofed terrace also offers fabulous view of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura.
