Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to beach (via steep steps OR road) 10 minutes walk to Salou centre and main beach. Hotel was nice and clean in all parts. Outside area clean and safe, great swimming pools (pool on each side of hotel) total of 3 pools and 2 kids pools. Not too much noise at night from passing clubbers,. Our bed was hard, resulting in poor sleep, I personally like soft beds. Entertainment was 1st class!!!!, especially the Hip Hop night (these guys can dance!!!), the Polynesian night and the jaw dropping African night!!!. Just avoid the night the hotel entertainment staff perform, EMBARRASSINGLY TERRIBLE!!!!!. The bedrooms are clean and roomy, with a nice walk in shower in the bathroom. The only critisism is the patio doors not closing securely. (makes renting a safe vital). The staff at the hotel were all great and polite. With the all inclusive option being a great deal with ALL ice creams (magnums, cart d'or, cornettos etc) included, and the cocktails are to die for!!!. The meals are also very good , with a great choice and changing every day. The all inc wristbands tend to fade in the pool, therefore we needed to get them changed a couple of times. (they scan them at the bar) All in all a great hotel, i would definately go back and recommend it to anybody.

Stayed long weekend in Salou all inclusive.Park. Enjoyed it. Good location. Good views. Rooms were clean and presentable. Hotel cleanliness also good. Staff helpful. Downsides: food. Quality was good but range very poor. Consistently poor options for Vegetarians. I have been similiar all inclusive holidays in Spain and they have always had much better selection. Food also poorly labelled. Range of food also not great ecen without the problem with lack of meat-free options Easy enough problem to solve though and otherwise very good place

As a 3rd visit to salou this time with my partner we chose this hotel due to location and wanted something more than a 3 star so opted for another star and was really impressed. The hotel itself is located near salou centre (15min walk) plenty of buses and road train nearby across road for the stop and also a beach (is quite a walk for elderly/fragile) it's down a number of steps as the hotel is in a hilly location. The sea view room we was in had a marvellous view of the sea and swimming pool we was really impressed with the room spacious and clean and the shower and bathroom was very modern and room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets including Sundays! We did have a broken balcony chair (quick tip.. The chairs slide on the balcony be careful when sitting down as they do break.. As we found out) however, we told reception and they were both immediately replaced with 2 x new ones which was good. Hotel staff I never found a problem with at all bar staff were excellent apart from a couple (one being the bar manager and a waiter that could smile at least once) but most of them would have a chat and laugh with you and not forgetting reception who we found all to be very friendly. Facilities were ok throughout lifts can get very busy as there is only 2 for the whole building and a lot of people use them and they are only small. Food and drink... My only downside to the holiday itself was the food... Breakfast was not really breakfast it was hot dog sausages smaller than your little finger, mushed up scrambled egg like water and streaky ham as bacon we ate elsewhere for breakfast as all inclusive breakfast was not great...however, all other meals were pretty good and themed nights were all pretty good with a wide range of food...another downside was the signs telling you what is what only half the food had these and not very English supportive. MY MAIN GRIPE WITH THE HOTEL WAS... The all inclusive bands!!! How annoying it was every time you had food drink or whatever it had to be scanned and asked for the room number ... This over a week got quite annoying and ruined the experience! I've never stayed all inclusive in a hotel before where every time you have to be hassled about room numbers and scanning your arm band... Word of advice to hotel please please please don't ruin the hotel as a lot of people were becoming annoyed with this...do something simple like coloured bands for that week or dated bands like everywhere else....anyhow drinks were good and cocktails are part of all inclusive which if not they would cost you 5euros each THIS WAS BRILLIANT. Entertainment was excellent most nights by visiting show the Brazil show and Chinese show being must see's... Only downside was the entertainers didn't speak much English at all and the MR salou show he kept blowing the whistle down the microphone in which was really deafening...other bits in my review...I have seen some people moan on previous reviews about lifts being noisy when staying in a room by them ..we was right next to it and you could hear the lift when quiet but not enough to complain about... The hotel overall was very quiet and at night for anyone looking for peace and rest the noisy part is outside with people shouting in the streets and the bin men!! ... Free fridge in room (if you plug it in) bonus! ... Wifi is free but does change over everyday with partner hotel next door (get a new code from reception everyday it's free not like it advertises at 5euros) another bonus... Restaurant is shared and also pools and entertainment with 3 star hotel margarita next door which is not mentioned on most sites but we didn't find this a problem and lastly yes they do have groups of Spanish school kids as we found one night whilst watching the entertainment which can be quite loud and involved (would be nice to be made aware)... Overall the hotel itself is well worth a visit/stay we was very impressed and really enjoyed it and may visit again if we return to salou to see how it's come on it does have a large number of russian and Spanish guests as we found the English to be numbered WELL DONE SALOU PARK.
