Me (zoe mellor) my partner (Daren Murti) and our two kids (carmella & valentina) went for a family holiday in June the service was fantastic the staff was lovely and very polite and friendly, the entertainment for the kids was brilliant and also the adult entertainment. Our room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff was very friendly always spoke to us. The food was of a very good standard and very tasty the staff of the restaurant was very nice and all the staff loved the kids made us all feel right at home the hotel itself was very clean and respectable. It was that nice and we enjoyed it that much we are booking again this week for sept and we can't wait

Room CLEANING - excellent cleaning daily maids polite (said hello etc), NOISE 1st problem was Lack of sleep for whole week- we had noise above, below and either side every night through the night. The walls are so paper thin we heard coughing, talking - could hear every word, mobile phone, scraping furniture, balcony doors, things being plugged in, light switches, tv left on all night, radio, arguing in corridors, stag party talking all night. There are enough sshhhh signs telling guests to keep noise down but some people was so ignorant, 2nd problem was end of bedframe sticks out so much you crack your toe or trip- the three of us tripped on it the 1st hour in the room so we placed a suitcase there to prevent accidents which helped. FOOD - nice but very repepative , slight changes every night and some strange concoctions like watermelon soup. Food items was filled up regularly and the restaurant staff worked very hard. Entertainment had usual bingo, kids disco every night + additional entertainer. All staff worked really hard and was very helpful, would of liked FREE wifi even if it was just in the reception or bar areas. Due to being in cap salou there is an excellent bus service with a ticket you can load a set amount of trips from a red kiosk from just around the corner from hotel or another bus plana office in cap salou or salou.. Cap salou very picturesque but not very much to do

This hotel borders Salou,La Pineda and Cap Salou. We had a great holiday here. The people in the hotel can make or break a good time so we were not sad to see some leave and nicer people arrive. We, as most are,all incl and enjoyed the food and drink. The entertainment was dire, the pool good and we got a great room on the 5th floor with our own terrace and sunbeds.Plenty of moaners as they get their quota of 3rd helpings of food and I didnt know how the hotel make any money after the drink they knock back!!We will go back here next year as our daughter is staying nearby.Service in bars and restaraunt excellent. If you like walking a good base,if you dont there are a few hills but bus stops nearby.Good beaches nearby.Adios

I went for 5 nights with my sister and was literally counting the days until we left from night 1! Unclean everywhere, buffet awful to the point we stopped going in there after 3 failed attempts it literally was not eatable and it felt like feeding time at the zoo! I don't really think most hotels get breakfast wrong but this one managed to! The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from next door even people having sex! Just rank. Reception was so rude as we checked is a Eastern European come up to the desk butted me out the way and the receptionist stopped checking me in to talk to her! Rooms I.e. Bed and bath towels were clean however the floor in the room was filthy and the sides had not been cleaned. Also on our balcony there was only 1 chair, no table just 1 chair. I honestly didn't except much from this hotel at all however this hotel managed to be way worse than I could ever imagined. We didn't even entertain the idea of sunbathing around the pool however we did take to the roof top Terrece once which was perfectly fine and prob one of the only ok points about the holiday. The hotel is full of Eastern Europeans and Russians who are rude and just want to push you out the way. The local beaches are excellent and we spent most our time down the beaches as well as the local pub the smugglers inn where we ate everything lunch and night. Honestly save your money and avoid!!!!!!!
Despite the number of sunny days that Salou basks in year round, the temperatures are not as intense as other destinations such as the Costa del Sol, with temperatures routinely ranging from between 20° Celsius and 26° Celsius from May until late August. The cooling breeze from the Mediterranean takes the edge off the worst of the humidity – perfect for working on that tan!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
