Just so you know, stag/hen and young group parties aren't allowed at this hotel.

The hotel won't accept group reservations of more than 2 rooms under the same name, even if the reservations have different reference numbers, so make sure for family bookings that when you book 2 rooms you book the 3rd and 4th rooms separately under a different lead name. The hotel can cancel any reservations of more than 2 rooms with the same name!

• Welcome pack and a daily sustainable replenishment of the minibar (soft drinks, beer; cava will not be restocked). To reduce waste, only the cans placed in the bin will be replenished. (No replenishment on departure day).

• Pizza service in the apartment (subject to schedules and collection at a designated point).

• For stays of 1 to 3 nights, 1 visit (subject to availability) to one of the hotels is included. (Repetition at other hotels subject to availability).

• For stays of 4 to 7 nights, 2 visits (subject to availability) are included.

• For stays of 8 nights or more, 3 visits (subject to availability) are included. Visiting hours will be from 11:00 to 17:00 with lunch and daytime entertainment service, or from 17:00 to 00:00 with dinner and evening entertainment service. Visits are not permitted on the day of departure. Inter-hotel transfer service is included from 04/04 to 01/11, except for Hotel Villa Luz.

• Pirates' Adventure Waterpark - complete with lake pool, adrenaline-pumping slides and islands with hammocks, there's even a pirate adventure splash park for little ones! A true plunderer's paradise.

• Cayo Coco Swim-up bar - for afternoon nibbles and negronis with a perfect view of the giant LED screen from the bobbing comfort of the pool, or the laze-inducing Balinese beds.

• Magic Experience Kids' Clubs - split into 3 different age categories, your little ones will be entertained throughout the day with an extensive programme, and even a climbing wall for the spidermen among us.

• Entertainment - if you couldn't already tell, this resort has a total vibe. With magic shows, Medieval challenges and princesses show already filling your nights, you also have daytime activities, live music, and parrot shows.
