Rooms

Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort is divided into four individually decorated wings, each reflecting the expeditions of Portuguese navigators across four continents – Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. All Rooms and Suites feature balconies or terraces. Families may also enjoy the privacy and functionality of One and Two Bedroom Apartments or even a luxury Holiday Villa with its very own private swimming pool.

Double Rooms feature a private bathroom, balcony, flat screen TV with cable and movies on demand, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers.

The Suites offer garden or sea views and feature a private bathroom, spacious balcony or terrace, two flat screen TVs with cable TV and movies on demand, living room, sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a minibar, hairdryer and bathrobes and slippers.

The Apartments offer resort or gardens views and feature a private bathroom, living room and dining room, sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and ironing board), hydro massage bath, furnished terrace, flat screen TV with cable and movies on demand, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underground parking and bathrobe and slippers.

Food & Drink

Senses restaurant offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean, a terrace and show cooking. The Mood restaurant is located on the ground floor and prepares contemporary dishes on the freshest regional produce. There is also a pool bar and the Purpur bar offers a relaxing, trendy atmosphere. Mood restaurant and Sidewalk bar (pool bar) are open seasonally.

Sports & Entertainment

With two splendid swimming pools, one of which with a natural sand botto, the Tainai Spa, offering a large range of wellness programs as well as its very own heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and treatment rooms (guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa pool). Other facilities include a fully equipped Cascade Gym by AXN Club 100, golf practice facilities, two tennis courts and the children´s favourite, Caskiddy Kids Club. The hotel also offers one of the most sought after football training facilities in Europe, which is regularly requested by pro football teams for their high performance training camps.

Just a heads up that some of the resort’s facilities will be closed from 09/12/24 until 01/01/25. Facilities include rooms, restaurants, a spa, and a kids club. However, the reception will remain open from 09.00 am to 1800 pm and will be located in apartment 601.
